auto approve the time

Which application is this for? 

Hi Anmise, this is for work tasks inside the work orders under MRO & Fleet operations. The time entered by FSE in time reports-if it can be auto approved for some FSE, is the requirement.

Is this to authorize the cost transactions, or is it approval in HCM?

To automatically authorize transactions you can set these object properties to TRUE. However, that applies to all transactions of a certain type e.g. personnel, tool etc.
 

If you want it to be selective, you’ll probably have to configure something using BPA/Events.

I set some properties to True but this still needs manual authorization, do I need something else?

Cost transactions. HCM is separate and would be controlled from that side.
