IFS APPS10 UK Payroll Support native functionality: Discontinued 

IFS Applications 10 did include native UK payroll functionality in earlier versions, inherited from IFS Applications 8. However, IFS decided in 2020 to sunset the regional payroll extensions. 

Timeline: 

• 2020: IFS announced the discontinuation of native UK, German, and Polish payroll extensions

• March 2023: End of support for IFS native UK Payroll in Apps 10

• March 2025: End of standard support for IFS Applications 10 overall 

Third-Party Integration in APPS10 

While IFS APPS10 had native payroll initially, customers were transitioned to third-party payroll integrations. APPS10 supports the same integration framework as IFS Cloud:8 

• RESTful API integration capabilities 

• File-based transfer mechanisms 

• Standard interfaces for third-party payroll providers 

IFS Cloud UK Payroll Support Native Functionality: None 

IFS Cloud does not include native UK payroll functionality. From its initial release (21R1 onwards), IFS Cloud was designed with a payroll integration strategy rather than embedded payroll processing.
