Hi,We are migrate our email listenere email from on-premise pop3 to a Sharedmailbox in 0365. We have created a App registration following instruction fromConfiguration Editor Utility Guide.pdf: 14 Appendix F: Configure Email Listener in Azure Active DirectoryBut after reconfigure the maillistener in Configuration editor to: It gives the following error:ReceiveEmails( )IEmailUtilityGraph.ReceiveEmailsAsync2() failed.Error message: Code: ErrorAccessDeniedMessage: Access is denied. Check credentials and try again.ClientRequestId: 6a172cf1-7ee8-4e40-95b8-1845f34e4d14 And if we check App Registraion, the Service Principal is login correctly. It is a Sharedmailbox in o365, that means it does not has a userid and password., but because of App registation it should not be needed.So can it be a sharedmailbox? Thanks Robin.

Hi All,I have just received the following query from one of our customers:We understand the supplier set up requirements for 1099 reporting, and now we need to make a payment to a Non Us supplier for whom the 1042 form will be applicable, there for we need to clarify supplier and tax reporting requirement in the system to ensure that we will be able to correctly gather the information on the 1042 report as required.https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-1042Please could somebody advise what is required in the supplier and tax setup for 1042 reporting?

Good morning community!  We have a scenario where we have a sub assembly on our PS.  We would like to flatten the PS to move the sub assembly components to direct components of the finished good eliminating the need to transact the sub assembly.  This sub assembly that we want to remove from the PS is used in multiple finished goods (it is a blend of materials).  We want the ability to see demand for the blend (sub assembly) but not actually schedule it or produce it unless we need to put it in barrels to be store in inventory (lot controlled).We have tried phantom parts, but they only seem to explode the materials in the shop order as opposed to the operations.  We want both to be part of the finished good.We have tried putting the blend in our PS as a zero QPA, but had to set the component to ‘allow as not consumed’ to get it to work.  This created an error because it is lot controlled (which it needs to be).And we cannot put both the sub assembly and raw components on the shop order

Hello,We are upgrading from IFS 10 (IEE) to Cloud.  Some of our “10” users access the Time Clock from their laptops.  Is it possible for an IFS “end-user” to access the the Cloud Time Clock?  We have Time Clock IAM (service user) Clients working but would like the added flexibility.Thanks!  Troy

Hi, Do anybody knows if we can move/hide tabs in Attachments Panel with PageDesigner?We can modify the contents of each tab, but how I can move it?We are on 24.2.5.After upgrade we got a new tab in attachments for Shop Floor Workbenck, and this tab is set as default tab, but not relevant for us.It would be nice to either hide it or move it as the last tab.

Hello Experts,We are currently working on IFS 24R1 and have encountered an issue in Request Management → Work Task, specifically under the Material tab when using the Reserve/Unreserve → Reserve option [Service Management → Request Management → Request Task Handling → Request Work Task → Material Tab → Reserve/Unreserve → Reserve].Although the required part is available in one of the warehouses linked to the Site, the system does not allow reservation from this warehouse if it is not the same remote warehouse as specified on the Work Task. It throws an error and restricts reservation unless the part is available in that exact remote warehouse.However, I am able to reserve the same part using the Reserve Manually option under the same menu path. The issue is that the system does not automatically pick and reserve from other warehouses linked to the Site that have the part in stock.  However, when I tested the same scenario in the IFS Demo environment for 25R1 and our Internal 24R2, I wa

​@Alexander Heinze you’re my best bet on this matter. I’m working with a customer that’s using Apps10 and mWO for Service.They have 2 workflow configs which have:same filters same weight same sites, but applicable for different Maintenance Orgs each technician is connected to both sites but only one Maintenance Org.However, it seems like when JT assignment is transferred to mWO, the configuration is not applied.Do you know if maintenance org are also considered when the system determines which wf config to be applied? Or is just the site considered (in which case it’s obvious why there’s no wf config applied)?  MWO FR - applicable for TDGN & TDGW sites, but just for 2 maint orgs: MWO DE - applicable for TDGN & TDGW sites and also for all German maint orgs:

Hello experts, I developed a workflow that reads customer order no from activity seq (order no is activity ID field) and retrieves email address from customer order or customer master then sends a confirmation email about activity finish date. The workflow works fine but i have a small issue with showing result message. When the order does not exist or when no email address found i want to end event with a message of detail issue. If the process is successful, i am showing the user a confirmation message with language and receiver’s email address with User Task (1 form field with read only option).My problem is when no order or no email address found. If i change end event type to IFS failure or terminate end event, i cannot add a command button because the command validation returns error.  During my tests, i achieved to show a message when the event was terminated but after finalizing all settings (of course i made lots of changes in the flow :), i cannot generate a message to user s

I need to register a company in my client's environment using the Spain location, and in this registration, I need to enter the company's NIF code. The same situation applies to the registration of Spanish suppliers and customers.I looked in the Country Solution document for a field to enter this information but couldn't find one. Then, I searched the company, supplier, and customer registration screens, but I couldn't find it there either.Therefore, I would like to know if anyone who has previously implemented in Spain and/or is familiar with the Spanish localization can inform us in which field we should configure this information.

We have an Excel migration job to append or update purchase price list records. The method we use is PURCHASE_QUANTITY_PRICE_API, with New and Modify checked.  In this method there are columns for a rental indicator, with flags MI (Mandatory Insert)  When we leave the Default Value for these fields empty, the job runs into an error because the column is mandatory. When we put a default value like above the inserts run fine, but on modifying an existing record the response is: “Field [RENTAL] in Purchase Quantity Price may not be modified.”  How can we work around this?Is it for example possible to check the existance of the record in the SOURCE_COLUMN?

Greetings!I just created a part number but forgot to add a digit. Is there any way to just edit the part number with out re-creating a brand new one all over again in IFS Apps 10?  

We are currently on IFS Apps 10, update 14 utilizing the Vertex Tax software.  When creating an Advanced Invoice with lines with different tax rates, the system will not auto calculate tax.  We get a message that tax must be entered manually but we can’t enter manually on an Advanced Invoice. Example: Part line is taxable in the state Virginia (USA) but freight is not considered taxable.  I need the freight to be included in the total of the Advanced Invoice.  How can I accomplish? Thanks
