Hi Experts,When I try to update Task Priority, the following error will be there.“Task Availability Pattern already exists”.  I can see some Availability data under Scheduling information But I dont undertand the connection between Prority and Availability??I can only update the Prority once I deleted Availability line then if I update Priority again it will create this Availability line??Availability is Setup againt the Customer Location linked to the Object. Please clarify this behavior?  Thanks,KM

Hello,I’ve created a custom reference field in the Functional Objects screen in IFS Cloud 23R2. The LOV linked to the custom field is ‘EquipmentFunctional’. I’m able to add the custom field to the screen and values are populated as expected from the LOV.But when I click on the data (since it is an hyperlink), it does not navigate to the respective functional object record. Using the Page Designer:If we leave the custom field as ‘Editable’, when we click on the data, the screen just refreshes and stays on the existing functional object screen and does nothing. If we leave the field as ‘Read-Only’, it opens a new window and redirects to the functional object screen but does not display the relevant record to be viewed. For example: it needs to display the functional object ‘01010170’.I would like the reference field to be editable and should be able to navigate to the respective functional object record. What am I missing in this process? Please let me know.

Is there a way to prevent the Customer Contract credit card info from being copied over to the renewal quote when the “Run Renewal” process is executed?This information is often out of date or not valid for the new quote so it would be better to not have to remember to clear it from the renewal quote.  

Hello,maybe someone can consult me how it is possible to design through Page Designer the dialog window “Pre Posting” in the form “Prepare Work Order”?Need to hide one field and cannot find where to do it.I open Page Designer but cannot find the place where to do it. Hi everyone,when creating a new Service Request and add to my Work in MWO, how can I display a full list of customers including their locations?Currently, I only see a small subset of customers and I’m not able to select or view the location. We are using IFS Cloud 24R2 Even after selecting a customer, no location is shown: Any advice or configuration hints would be greatly appreciated!

In IFS Cloud, does anyone know how to embed a URL within an event action email message?For example, I created an event that notifies a user when they have been assigned as a coordinator on an MRB. The event sends the user an email and within the email body, it provides the user a link to the MRB they have been assigned to.I do not know how to recreate that URL functionality in IFS Cloud.Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

We have found it is now not possible to enter a ‘Single Occurrence Address’ on a Customer Order due to a change in the code added 07/09/2023,  "--  230907  NiDalk   SCDEV-26130, Modified Check_Before_Update___ to add check to block setting single occurance for consignment stock Is there are background to this change and is there a workaround as this is a requirement.

Hello All!Is there a setting in IFS Cloud where I can tell it what context I would like to default to when editing a page via the page designer?  We have several contexts, one of which I am part of, so when I go to open the page designer it defaults to that context.  However, that context is only needed for a couple pages and I am almost always working on the global context instead.  AS an example, here is the context setting when I open the page designer on the purchase order screen -   Notice it defaults to “ACE Part Team”.  This page doesn’t even have a saved configuration for that context, yet it still defaults to this.  I need to remember to change that value to global every time I want to edit, and it is becoming frustrating.

Is there a way in IFS Cloud to set an item as default as non-consumed at part level instead of doing this at the product structure level?If not, where in IFS cloud can done a mass update for all the product structures the articles is used in. 

I know that it is possible to set the number of rows returned when querying Assyst data with the REST API, but I don’t know nor can I find an example in documentation on how to limit number of rows returned to “x” number of rows.asking for ALL open service request events, is more than 500 rows.  I would like to limit the number of rows so my query does not error out and will run.any help is greatly appreciated and “Thanks” in advance

Hi,I’m using a Migration Job to import some Customer Orders.  When Customer Orders are created in Aurena we have a custom action in place that creates a new Financial Project, and connects the new Customer Order to the Financial Project.  I can see this running in the Log Window, which shows that the action name is “Cf_CreateConnectFinancialProject” and the Projection is “CustomerOrderHandling”: I can confirm that this Projection>Action exists by looking at the Projection in Enterprise Explorer: What I’m stuck on is how I call this action from my Migration Job, as it claims the method doesn’t exist:I’m familiar with how to call APIs but not Projection Actions.  Can anyone help please?We’re running APPS 10 Release 25.

Hi All,Couple of our customers have raised a concern that they are not getting the option to upload the manifest file from the Excel desktop client. Strange one, one user cannot see all customers, other users with exactly the same settings can. Tried clearing projection cache, metadata etc., problem still exists. I have logged in as the user on my machine the issue persists. Any ideas, pointers much appreciated.

Hi, we have a Process Flow for Service Order that runs when Checklist Fail and send an email if an answer in a checklist is “Fail”. When the chekcklist type is “activities”, the email is sent if the is a fail answer in the checklistBut when the checklist type is “item List” no mail is sent. Do you know what ? Best regards

Hello all!Our organization recently updated from Cloud version 23R1.8 to 24R2.5. With the update we have run into an issue when attempting to use the “Create Customer Order” command button on the Business Opportunity page. Specifically, if a business opportunity contains lines that span multiple sites this button used to create multiple customer orders (one for each site) but now it produces an error that states “The Site Object Does Not Exist”.  We have tested this with a mixture of different sites and customers with no luck yet.  It doesn’t appear to be an issue with basic data.  We are working around the issue by using the “New Customer Order” command button on the line level and creating the orders separately with that method but returning to using just one command would be ideal. Any ideas what the issue may be would be greatly appreciated!
