Normally the resource costs are defined in resource groups as standard hourly costs. But there is another place where cost details are entered. That is scheduling resource types.
Are the costs entered here are only for scheduling purposes? Or are these costs override resource group costs?

+23Cost on PSO Scheduling-related entities (e.g., Scheduling Resource Type, Scheduling Activity Type, even on skills) are not monetary cost, they are relative cost (or understand them as points) used by PSO only. If you have access to the PSO documentation (since you seem to use it I hope you have), look at Scheduling Concepts - Costs and Values.
