Hi In the supplier invoice I created a period allocation until Year 2025. Now we need to change the accounting Period valid from until for the Year 2025. We cannot change it anymore since the X voucher form the Period Allocation wont let it change anymore. How can we solve this issue. Does anyone have an Idea?  Best RegardsSophal

When creating a custom report in Report Designer 200.2.0000 is there a way to copy from a Standard IFS report?  If not can someone explain to me why this is not available?

Hi,The client has 60 + companies and they use different company logos.Now they have a new look, the logos too changed.The client is in APP10 UPD10.I saw That App10 Aurena has functionality for Report Logos, but I felt this couldn't use for many companies. one logo for all company sort of functionality. Could you please let know if this is possible or should we use the same company logotype functionality? Thanks in advance and Best Regards,Udeni

1. Authorizer accessAn Authorizer should be able to report time for accessible employees, or change wrongly reported project time for accessible employees, in accordance with the project accesses that the resources in question have. This is not possible right now. 2. Manager AccessThe issue is that Managers only have access to report on own projects for Employee. Sometimes (normally sick leave) the Manager needs to report time for the Employee on project where he/she is not Project Manager, but that is not possible. This wasn't any problem in UPD 4 which we used before. But now when using UPD 6 it is a problem. Can you identify a solution where a Manager can report time for the Employee where he/she is not Project Manager (using window Time Registration in IFS Aurena)? Same goes for the Authorizer.

Is it possible to create shifts were stand-by starts before Start Time ? We have engineers planned stand-by before and after the regulare shift of the day. (stand-by from 06:00 until 08:00 + regular shift from 08:00 until 17:00 + stand-by from 17:00-22:00)Now it only seems possible in v15.3 to create stand-by only after the shift.

When creating a subcomponent of an asset, we have have always ran an import to put the child asset that doesn’t exist in Alliance to the parent asset that does exist whether it is in inventory or installed. Is there a way to run an import to put a child asset that is in inventory to a parent asset that could also be in inventory or installed?

I am guessing a bit here but...The only print agent available on the Add-Ons page is the "IFS Print Agent Dot Net installation version." I think we need a 64 bit version, as we are seeing an error in the system logs when trying to start the service. It is raising an error with KERNALBASE.dll, in SYSTEM32 directory.Should there not be a 64 and 32 bit versions of the print agent? Hi,We are currently using the Additional Attributes in the FSM-PSO integration, in FSM6. We are transferring some date fields from FSM and PSO, but these are not treated as date fields in PSO. When sorting on these columns, it is sorted as this: Is there any way to format these fields to a date field? I have seen the documentation, which only suggests formating of numbers, which won’t help us in this case.

I have an issue with a standard IFS functionality for Intrastat reporting. For the Intrastat reporting purposes we are getting two separate xml files from IFS: one for Import and one for export goods.The issue is that one of important fields is missing in export report.We have to generate Import and export file separately. ‘Import’ xml output file is correct while in ‘export’ file the ‘Country of origin’ information is missing.Can anyone please explain why this might happen

Hi,  I’m wondering if there is a ‘’bolt on enhancement’’ for Apps8 CRP to take on all of the enhancements Apps9/10 now have. The client is not in a position to upgrade at this moment.Most significantly is the calculation date which is not available in Apps 8, this would be really advantageous for the client. Is there any other means of doing this calculation in CRP? Has anyone written a custom event that mirrors this?  Thanks
