Hi All.Could someone help with the situation that I created a Workflow Configuration but after sync it’s not working.Running apps10 UPD14, mwo maintenance 10. One thing I have noticed after investigation is that as I query the views, the site access is not visible linked to the configuration seq field. Please take a look in the prints. In the WORKFLOW_CFG_FILTER view, the workflow ID is there, but in access not. Am I missing someting thing or it looks like a BUG?tks a lot

We are running Apps10 UPD14In IEE - we can set a default saved search to run when a screen opens (inside Properties from Nav Tree).  For example - in Business Opportunity, automatically search for Business Opportunities where status is not closed or cancelled, and the main rep is the current user, sort in descending order by create date.Can we do the equivalent in Aurena?We are trying to figure out the fastest way we can get meaningful info in front of the user.  The sort order is one of the biggest usability challenges we have.  It seems like IFS automatically defaults to sort by create date in ascending order.  So - we are always seeing our oldest transactions first (customer orders, business opportunities, etc) and in general, these are the transactions we are least likely to want (we have 7 years of history).  

hello when I try to access this tab I get this error, if I open the debugging window I access correctly. With the administrator user it also works for me. Can anyone help me?  

One of our Dispatchers ran some 15 PMs from PM Batch Scheduler (not Scheduled, but on the fly). This job failed, and we see on the contracts that no PMs are generated.AFAIK there is a lock on these contract lines somewhere, to avoid multiple PMs being generated at the same time. But where is it? We would like to re-run these ASAP

In our upgrade from 6.7 to 6.15, some of the ad hoc reports upgrade without issue and some do not respond when the upgrade option is selected. Short of recreating the failing reports, is there some expertise around what may be getting in the way of the upgrade? 

Hi, is there a specific manual or more info on how to use and setup One Time Customer - this will be used for small orders, where only 1 transaction is expected. Do we need to setup one generic Customer Account and edit for each order ? Many thanks 

HI I wonder if there is a way using Smart Client to delete all the tables that are specified in a RoleThe delete button shown below only seem to delete the selected items ( even if you set up a filter )Over 1K tables to delete so hope this is a way. Ideally would not want to go through scripting as ideally would like the client ( Sedgwick )  to be able to do thisthanks  

Hi Is it possible to choose several PO at once? when i click on the lines The list with PO open. I can only select one by one and not select several PO at the same time. is there a solution for this?

Hello,Is there a way to pass the request body  (CLOB) which was passed in the Plsql_Rest_Sender_API.Call_Rest_EndPoint back to the callback function? Or any other way to retrieve the payload of the rest call to the callback function (other than including it in the response body) Tried to include it in the key_ref_ but since the value is greater than VARCHAR2(1000) it’s failing.

Hello all,Still being new to EDI in IFS, this is my current issue.  We are able to successfully generate EDI invoices - XML format, but the file is missing the Parameter - PurchasecatalogNo (customer’s part number).  See attached.How can we enable it? Thank you.      

Hi all, We have a large offshore community that work in shifts, which can mean not having to login to IFS for multiple weeks. As you can imagen, every now and then a user has forgotten their Password.The user will create a request in our IT Self-help Portal (ServiceNow) and our support team will then reset the password in IFS. Analysis show that 1 of the 5 tickets raised, are for PW resets.It this not something IFS should/could be able to handle on the login-page? E.G. that you can request to have a new (random generated) PW send to your email address as registered in IFS?

I have IFS 10, and found Undo Customer Order Delivery, but I don’t understand RMB comment.  I right-clicked in box, and no such option is available.  There is a Cancelled Delivery Box, but I cannot select that.  Is this a permissions issue?

Hi all.Is there a way to take an approval process to a WO worktask included in a worklist of the pm action after WO generation?I’ve included the approval process in task template or pm action worklist, but after the wo generation, the worktask approval process is empty.

At the creation of the payment order, system does not allow to process the payment. Does ISO20022 Core template allow to process credit invoices? Payment formats per company Payment Methods Creation of the supplier payment order

I have created an IAL to pull HR data and set up a schedule update.  When I run the IAL it returns over 3000 records however, when the schedule update runs, it returns 65 records.  I noticed that the IAL scheduled update background job runs under the App Owner user ID which does not have the same HR access as I do. Question: Can schedule IAL Updates be configured to run under specific user ids instead of app owner?  If not, any Ideas on work around for this issue other than giving app owner HR access?

Hello IFS Team,i try to integrate a webservice to IFS via Boomi. The IFS Version we are using is Aurena client version: 10.11.112.0 I am trying to create/update the Tax id Number in CustomerInfoSet/CustomerAdresses/CustomerDocumentTaxinfoArray The Api for an manuell update call in IFS looks like this As we can see the Projection is CustomerHandling, but in the api Dokumentation there is no create/update for  CustomerDocumentTaxInfoArray.There is only a get for Reference_CustomerDocumentTaxInfo. So am i using a wrong Projektion to insert Data into the Document Tax Information? Or is there a another way how this works? ThanksFelix

Hello, I have configured a Subtask with an Inspection Sign Off requirement and qualification profile. I have also set the Site to consider qualifications. However, any account is still able to complete this sign off from the SFWB. The help in IFS seems to indicate this is all that is needed to perform a security check and prevent unqualified accounts from completing the sign off. Is there an additional item that must be configured to activate this functionality? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! 

 as snap shot, we have error message when approve past due absence request in IFS10,  normal out - clocking at 11:28 on Apr-15, and absence request from 11:25 on Apr-18,  any other setting need to be updated, please help to check. thanks!

Hi, I have a case from a customer whereby the PMs scheduled for a weekend are getting missed completely. The customer has monthly PMs and if a PM gets scheduled on a weekend, the system does not prepone or postone it. It skips it completely. Any idea if this is a bug or we have a setting somewhere to handle it Nitin

Looking to attach lines in a Purchase order in released status to a Project Activity.  Is there any way to do this without re entering the purchase order?
