Hello Everyone, Is it possible to replace the Aurena built-in lobbies in IFS Application 10 with a customized lobby?In the screenshot below we’d like to replace the My Time and Attendance lobby for Aurena with a custom lobby we’ve created.   We’d like so when someone clicks on the My Time and Attendance navigation link in HR that our custom lobby would be displayed.   I went into Navigation Designer but I wasn’t able to figure out how to change the information on the navigation link so it would use the new lobby.    We do not want to edit the built-in lobbies we prefer to duplicate the built-in lobbies and customize the duplicated lobby.  Regards,William Klotz

When our inventory department realises that the serial numbers of a batch of items is wrong they used the standard function for changing serial numbers that use the posting events SERREN+ and SERREN-.The posting events have postings that do not balance if grouped by posting event id:SERREN-M1 - CreditM191 - DebitM3 - DebitSERREN+M1 - DebitM191 - CreditM3 - Credit.To me it seems that the M3 posting should not be there.Has anyone seen this issue?Any ideas?

After implementing the “IFS Solution ID 298974” fromImpact of CVE-2021-44228 on IFS Products, Services | IFS Community the “Verification instructions” is:Using a search engine like AgentRansack that can search within compressed files, scan the IFS-Home for instances of the JndiLookup.class (including instances within .jar, .ear and .war files) But there are a number of “log4j-core-2.8.2.jar” (CVE-2021-44228) still being used in the application. By searching the associated handles in the resource manager, there is about 6 process running per environment. Is there any plan/recommendations of these files?

Hi, In Alliance V15.4 is it possible to define an approval process for a credit note (customer or supplier) ?In the approval process transaction, a credit note is not available in the list. Do we have a way to add it ? If not, is it possible to define a process (process flow or other way) that allow to define steps before the release of the credit note ?For example : if a credit note (customer or vendor)  is > 5000 € then we need the approval of a user or Action group Manager , etc… before the Release of the Credit Note.Thanks and Regards

Hello - Has anyone had a problem with posting control T2 (work task labor posting) after applying update 13 to apps 10?  Labor posted fine before update 13 and now I get “Value is missing or has an invalid time interval for posting type T2 control type C55 code part B in company 10” on all reported and authorized labor.  The value is not missing and the time interval is fine.  The error is just wrong and I suspect the update caused a problem.

We are creating new absence types based on working days   instead of calendar days .  Wanted to know if there is a setup where we can define weekends and public holidays. so that while registering the absence for an employee it should be consider and not deduct those public holidays or Weekends defined in the calendar.

I would like to peg make-to-order line items on customer orders to the supplying shop orders.  When the shop order is closed and the item is reserved to the customer order line, though, the item cannot be moved in the warehouse.  I understand the argument that if a made-to-order item is ready and reserved, the next logical step is to create a pick list.  For various reasons, however, we do need to move these items.Is it really not possible to move a reserved item?  Or are we missing something?Using IFS app 9, update 10.

Hi, On a service order, in attachments, we could fulfill a classification 1 and 2.Is it possible to prevent a user to add a new classification (not already stored in the database) ?Could we use security + profil or other settings to avoid that a user create a new one ?Is it possible to disable the classification for attachments ?Thanks and Regardsanthony

Hello,    We’re creating a custom page with a CF’s.    With one attribute, we ideally would like to use implementation type ‘select’ from a read only field type, but also have the ability to use this as a persistent field type (so we can over type if necessary)   Any ideas whether this is possible, or any suggestions to workaround?   Thanks in advance Rob

Hello All, We are running client IFS version 9.0.52.0 and server version 6.90.19.0 I am looking to see if we can utilize the functionality of Business Mail. However, I have some questions. Is there a document that explains how the Business Mail works? How can I connect the Business Mail to the Business Opportunity? Is there an email app that I need to load in my Outlook to be able to connect to IFS? Any help will be beneficial for our team.

HiWe recently cancelled a future dated manual supplier invoice but when creating the voucher the date was not changed to post to the current month and the voucher was created to post to the previous month.The issue is that our IFS Financials only went live as of February 1st, 2022 but the cancellation voucher is trying to post to Period 1, January 2022 which we cannot have as well as the period being closed.What is the easiest way to correct this situation?Your comments would be appreciated.ThanksA

Hi Community we are using IFS APP 10 and using the process ‘shop order infinite scheduling’ to schedule our production plans. we are trying to establish a best practice for reviewing and actioning action proposals generated when we run MRP weekly. Currently only a few of the action proposals and actioned and the rest generally ignored.does anyone know of documentation that can identify a best practice or standard approach to take when reviewing action proposals?I'm guessing not all action proposals are equal? so I am trying to identify the hierarchy of importance so our planning department can filter those action proposals on the MRP action proposal workbench. any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.kind regardsJamie 

in instant invoice module , we entered some invoices in 2021 and other in 2022.in the mix payment page, select Batch doesn’t show the invoices of 2021.it display the new invoices only.those hidden invoices are posted, and updated to GL. how we can fix this issue?

Dear AllI have problem about creating symbol in GIS but it is not applied in GIS Map that is opened in IE or AURENA. As you can see in the picture below, IFS App (PIC 1) show only default symbol not symbol I create in GIS (PIC 2). PIC 1 PIC 2
