Display custom field in mobile app for all users

We added a custom field for work orders in the mobile app. How do we get that field to show up for all mobile users? Does it require an initialization or a profile push?

Do we need to do a Force Initialization? Asking cause a know a Force one deletes transactions on the mobile app that haven’t been synced yet.

Hi

Generally you should not need to do Force Initialize, The only time you might need to use it is when it doesn’t work with Initialize.
