Hello, I have configured a Subtask with an Inspection Sign Off requirement and qualification profile. I have also set the Site to consider qualifications. However, any account is still able to complete this sign off from the SFWB. The help in IFS seems to indicate this is all that is needed to perform a security check and prevent unqualified accounts from completing the sign off. Is there an additional item that must be configured to activate this functionality? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! 

 as snap shot, we have error message when approve past due absence request in IFS10,  normal out - clocking at 11:28 on Apr-15, and absence request from 11:25 on Apr-18,  any other setting need to be updated, please help to check. thanks!

Hi, I have a case from a customer whereby the PMs scheduled for a weekend are getting missed completely. The customer has monthly PMs and if a PM gets scheduled on a weekend, the system does not prepone or postone it. It skips it completely. Any idea if this is a bug or we have a setting somewhere to handle it Nitin

I am keen understand what the practices others are following with regard to version/change control of permission sets in IFS. We have tried Exporting Permission sets via XML to a version control system SVN/Git Repository with mixed success. If carried out diligently, is that it provides a full audit and commentary and it is possible to restore the old permission set (it does need to be imported as a new name)However, it is easily forgotten or skipped in a rush, and we were finding that a large number of Permission sets were updated with either Quick Report or IAL deployment. Exporting each permission set in this scenario was not workable..We are keen to audit/track permissions changes that grant/revoke the Functional Areas that we have defined within Segregation of Duties analysis. We are now looking to capture changes to this with a daily report (using two IALs that snapshot the access on alternative days). Hello Community, I need help to understand the default setup for Moving average period set-up in Demand Plan server. I have default set to 6 periods, but in demand plan client if I check under each parts Moving average period is 1 and due to that system forecast shows 0 all over the board. Can someone put some light on this if I am missing anything during server set-up?

Hi all.I have a question about Request for Order Quotation.Purchase Requisition created from IFS DOP Order cannot create a Request for Order Quotation.It seems that this is the functional restrictions of IFS.I'm being asked by a customer why can't make an Order Quotation from DOP Order.I want to know the reason, and please let me know if there is a case where a customer who has implemented IFS create Order Quotation from DOP Order. Thanks & Best Regards.

Hello, IFS community.Our company has four sites; each of the sites shares the same EU_ROLES permissions.I wonder if there is a way to set up one of the sites to be read-only access to IFS or read-only to  Inventory Transactions, Customer Order, WO without me recreating all the permission set manually?I will appreciate your advice.Thanks,JL

Hi, does anyone know where the setting for default delivery address might lie? I have checked all manner of “settings” or “options” modules within Alliance (we are on V15) but unable to figure out if or where this setting might be. We’d prefer to use “warehouse” rather than “Site” 

I have created a quick report in IFS. I need to display the updated records as well as the old records of Vendor bank details on the same report. Currently, the History Log only show the meta data but not the actual changed value. And If I run payment table, it only shows changed value. Is there any way I can display the actual changes and the old value?Is there any table/db that holds the original data?

 How do I send an email the results of a quick report run in IFS Cloud?In IFS10, it was realized by the function of the application server task.With IFS Cloud, the application server task has been deprecated and the same is no longer possible. Please let me know if there is an alternative method that can be realized with IFS Cloud. Thank you.
