Hi everyone, In Info Services - Archived Reports, some users can’t see reports generated by other users, although they are added in the correct DG as per the user model. What else could be the issue? I’m using IFS 7.5 I appreciate all of your answers.

We have aquired a business with an operating model different from our standard model, and for practical (and financial) reasons we want this business unit to keep their operating model as is, but still use Astea for service/contract management.So my question is: is it possible to add products in Astea that are only available/visible for SAs in a specific node and/or belonging to a specific warehouse? These will have to be non-stock products, and any internal transfer will create havoc in our logistics

I have a custom field on the Inventory Transactions History Screen which I want to use as Criteria within a lobby datasource.  (Product Family=’1000’) however I am getting error of Invalid Identifier.  When I select * in SQL Developer or in the SQL query tool this custom field also is not available. What would be the best way for the custom field to effectively show in the database so I can use the needed criteria? Many Thanks Kirsten

Hi, I am looking to untangle a mess that was created as a result of incorrectly matching PO receipts to the wrong invoice numbers.  It has had several downstream negative effects.  The issue is the the invoices are all in paid status. Is there a process to unwind the incorrect matching and re-match things correctly? Thank you!

Hi! I’m trying to create a new Coordinator Groups for customer order sequence generation.I entered Customer Order No to 1000 but when creating a customer order its starting at 5262658 I’ve checked that there is no Customer orders in this Group. Using IFS9.Am i doing something wrong?​​​​​​​

Hi all. I need to create a read only custom field in the Remote Warehouse Parts Planning screen that shows the result of On Hand Qty - Refill Point Qty. Is this possible on this screen ? 

I would like to execute a customer agreement with both a deal per part at a set unit price, and a deal per sales group for a percentage discount. Trouble is the part is a member of the group, and I don’t want the group’s %discount to apply to that part’s unit price. Aside from entering all the other group members individually, is there any setting or other structure I can use to fetch only deal per part (net price) for this one SKU, and deal per sales group (% discount off) for the other SKUs in the group. Example: SKU1 net price $500, SKUGroup discount 20%; order line applies 20% discount to $500 and returns $400.

Hi,We have just upgraded from FSM5, to FSM6. In the Joblist screen in the previous mobile app, there were a OOTB button in the bottom right corner, where you could choose what you wanted to sort the tasks by, for instance created_dttm, severity etc. In the mobile app for FSM6, I see that you can create these on your own. However, I cannot find anything related to this in the documentation, so I wonder what is the best way to solve this?And, what is the value that this list is sorted by OOTB?

We are upgrading to IFS10 and will only be using the IEE. Our people keep trying to use the Aurena option and we would like to remove it from the landing page. Is that possible?

We have a few questions related to BOM & Product setup (running Astea v14.5)  When an existing customer machine (installed item) is upgraded/retrofitted in the field, the installed item is updated to reflect most of these changes and the Product ID remains the same.  If we have a new BOM for the upgraded components, what options are there to have this pulled into the installed item? When we manufacture and release a “version 2” of an existing product ID, is there a way to have a separate BOM -- one for version 1, and another for version 2 -- on the same product ID?  We have found there is a section for “version” information on the Product ID but have determined any related functionality.  Does this setting have any additional functionality? Even though the customer order is Delivered and Invoiced, the serial object still says Under Transportation. How do we change this? Thank you in advance 

HiI have an wierd behavior in the system. When I go to posting proposal i see the option to change the authorizer in the supplier invoice.  If I go to the window “invoice to authorize”, i only have these two options available. I dont know what is the cause of this variation. Does anyone have an Idea.I have set myself to an aknowledger and removed the admin user and super acess user. After this I let the someone change the Approval Task to my user. Best RegardsSophal 

I am able to generate and use a token with Postman but I cannot replicate that behavior in .NET code.1. In Postman, I first generate a new token. 2. Authentication worked so I can proceed. 3. I copy the id_token in the clipboard and click on the 'Use Token' button.   4. Instead of using the access-token directly, I paste the id_token in the token box of a get request and send it.  5. If I do not execute step 4, the rest of the procedure does not work.6. After that step, I can query data from projections or metadata.   When replicating this programmatically, I tried many different variations without success (one of my multiple attempts in image below). How can this kind of authentication be done?

Is there a way to allow a PO to accept a +/- variance to the ordered quantity?  For example - we order 100 boxes, but supplier may have slight over-run, but we accept up to 10% over/under.  Can we set the PO up to allow that automatically for receipts?

Some basic functions working on EE doesn’t work correctly on AURENA. For example, I can put an ending date of a BT on EE but not on AURENA. In such case, how do I solve the issue?Thank you

How can we avoid creating a new Document Revision based on a previous Document Revision without a copy of the view copy. We only would like a copy of the original file and not the view copy file. Users forget to create a new view copy for the new document revision, and then we have a view copy which is a copy of the previous document revision and  not a copy of the new original file. 

When using IFS Applications with PSO, all of your scheduling data is loaded into PSO with the LOAD.  If you are using ARP as well, is there a way to have your scheduling data to automatically copy to ARP (Such as resources, resource types, etc...)?

HiI try to figure out how this IPD tax information work.  According to the help it is used when you enter a customer order with the supply code int purch dirsomehow i cannot make the system to fetch the taxcode from the IPD Tax information it always fetches the information from the supply country tab (see first printscreen). Did i forget something?
