Is there any way of limiting what data is visible in MWO Service 10. For example, we have a long list of Work Types but only a small selection are applicable to the Engineers on MWO Service 10 so would like to ‘hide’ the other work types to ensure they are not incorrectly used.

Absolutely there is a way to do this. You can create Permission Set Filters to limit the data sent on a table by table basis.

+14Why not just not transfer those work types to mobile?
ctaylor56: That is what I am wanting to discover how to do? Currently, when an Engineer creates a new WO in the Mobile, he sees the full list of Work Types in IFS. I want him to only see a smaller selection. I think the Permission Set Filters is what I need to do so I will explore that option :)
