Hello All,Im trying to find a way to repost a manual voucher which has so many lines by copying data of old voucher. Is there any shortcut to recreate same voucher with all rows from voucher number and update related lines ? Thank you in advance.

I’m brand new to IFS, so please bare with me.  I have been tasked with trying to use IFS as our calibrations tracking software.     Although its not meant for this - I’ve been told to “make it work”.I’m looking at : Quality Management > Tool > Manufacturing ToolIn the “Tool Detail” section there is a field called “Work Center”.    This is NOT an available field on the search page.    My question is: is this field searchable somehow?    I need the “Tool Detail” section’s fields for individual gauge info that will not fit in the fields that are actually searchable by the search window. data like:Mfg, model, s/n, reference standard(yes/no), specific product its used on. Thanks for your assistance.Calibration Guy

Having upgraded from 12.5 to 15.2 we find that some count sheets stop with the status In Process How do we change this to Roll Forward - line looks OK: I do the Gen II - but this does not help 

We are in the middle of upgrading our second business unit from 12.5 to 15.2. All seems fine until I try to open Dispatch Console (which works on profile already upgraded). Hi all,I’m trying to find a way of editing the HTML of an email that is sent within Purchase Order. My actions are Right Click > Print Order then selecting email option. Hi all.I’ve developed a counter element for aurena but the values shows 0. In IEE is OK. This is the view i’m using to calculate in the element. WORK_TIME_COUNTER I think I must grant the calendar to the user in Aurena. I’m trying to find it in projections. Could someone help how can I allow the user to see the calendar days?This is in IEE. Aurena is 0. 

Hi all.I’ve just testing the APPS 10 UPD12 - MWO MAINTENANCE 10 - 10.13.1360.0 and I’m trying to find the view name where the signature from the survey answer is.I need to insert it in crystal reports.Could someone help please?This is an employee survey type. So, there is no task number. Another thing is as I click to show the signature, it does not show on browser.Tried with Chrome and Edge.  Tks a lot

Hello, we are moving to Aurena and are currently using Apps10, update 10 IEE.In the Relationship Management> My Call Center> New Case screen, it shows a document can be attached. It appears to upload correctly, but when the case is saved, an error pops up and reads: Going to the case details from here and adding the attachment works. This post was found for adding Object Connections in IEE and I can see where the projection matches an option: However, “MY” Case doesn’t exist in IEE. Therefore, can’t be added there. In Aurena, the New Case wizard doesn’t show a projection that I can add, nor does Aurena have an Object Connections screen.Does anyone know of a solution for adding these in Aurena?Thanks,Jeff Nattermnn

Using Apps9. Some of my users are locking themselves out of the MWO after 10 password tries.  Does anyone know the following:How to change the login attempts from 10? (not that I want to, but would like to know where it’s configured Where in IFS can you see that the user locked themselves out of the MWO.  Is there a MWO profile, that would allow us to unlock their MWO account? Currently, I’m resetting their IFS Password, requesting they change the password in IFS first, then use their updated password to get back into the MWO. Is this the right direction? Does the lockout unlock itself after x number of hours (overnight?) I will test for this, but if anyone knows..Thank you,

Is there a way to prevent zero dollar orders from going on credit block?  Example customer is being sent a replacement at no charge, the account is currently at/over their credit limit.  The order is automatically being placed on hold as exceeding the credit limit.  How can we eliminate the step of manually releasing these orders?

Hello Everyone, Is it possible to replace the Aurena built-in lobbies in IFS Application 10 with a customized lobby?In the screenshot below we’d like to replace the My Time and Attendance lobby for Aurena with a custom lobby we’ve created.   We’d like so when someone clicks on the My Time and Attendance navigation link in HR that our custom lobby would be displayed.   I went into Navigation Designer but I wasn’t able to figure out how to change the information on the navigation link so it would use the new lobby.    We do not want to edit the built-in lobbies we prefer to duplicate the built-in lobbies and customize the duplicated lobby.  Regards,William Klotz

When our inventory department realises that the serial numbers of a batch of items is wrong they used the standard function for changing serial numbers that use the posting events SERREN+ and SERREN-.The posting events have postings that do not balance if grouped by posting event id:SERREN-M1 - CreditM191 - DebitM3 - DebitSERREN+M1 - DebitM191 - CreditM3 - Credit.To me it seems that the M3 posting should not be there.Has anyone seen this issue?Any ideas?

By searching the associated handles in the resource manager, there is about 6 process running per environment. Is there any plan/recommendations of these files?
