Hi, Is there a way to track currently logged in users in Aurena? View FND_CLIENT_LOGON only seems to hold information about current users in IEE. Running IFS Apps 10 Upd 11 BRJohan

My requirement is to set the webclient homepage as default document website in IIS. So that when I hit http://localhost, instead of showing me IIS homepage (blue screen), it navigates me to the webclient homepage. 

Is it possible to split Non-Inventory cost price lines. As an example, we use NI-2000 for labour hours and NI-2001 for travel time.Some contracts might cover 4 hours travel and up to 10 hours travel. And any further is booked on the Work Order, it will automatic be excluded from the Service Contract?If possible, where can we add this? Thank you,Michael

IFS9Is there a way to easily compare Permission Sets and find which permission set has missing accesses granted?  My two situations:Recently copied PROD to TST. Changes were made in TST, but not in PROD and changes not documented. Is there an easy way to determine what was changed in TST? We realize we could copy TST back to PROD, but we’d like to identify what this change was. Two Similar custom permissions sets created 9+ months ago. Can we compare them to each other to determine which ones have accesses the other doesn’t?We are using Apps9 

Shop order increases packaging requirements when assembly is scrapped during operation.Example: Assembly lot size = 100. Box on the product structure QPA=1. We need to produce a full lot of 100 so we use increase lot size on scrap option. 1 assembly is scrapped, lot size increased to 101.IFS calculates requirements of 101 boxes however a box is not needed for the scrapped assembly. Is there an option to not include scrapped assembly qty when calculating material requirements?  

Hello - We are on IFS10 update 15.  I am setting up ISO20022 to use for electronic supplier payment to Australia.  We already use ISO20022 on a different IFS company for Canada payments.  When I add the new payment method to an Australia supplier, RMB to payment address there are Canada defaults in the creditors account currency, clearing system ID code and bank country code (see screen shot below).  Where is this information being pulled from and can I change the default?  Thanks in advance.

Hi all !My customer (in IFS Cloud) has some preventive maintenance activities that need to be scheduled and executed outside of working hours, ie during night time or during week-ends.I thought I could use the calendar that can be linked to a PM Action.But I saw in another post on this Community that this calendar is designed to add exceptions to the main calendar, which is used to define planned date and time in the maintenance plan.The main calendar being the one linked to the maintenance organization associated with the PM Action.Is there a way to set up the system so that, for some PM Actions, the maintenance plan occurrences are scheduled outside of working hours (or according a different calendar than the one linked to the maintenance organization) ?NB : it is not possible to create a different maintenance organization for “work outside working hours” because the employees would be the same in both organization.Have you already encountered this type of requirement ?Any idea on ho

Hi all, I have an issue regarding travel request configuration.My customer’s workflow :Employee creates a travel request  Supervisor needs to approve Finance approves the advance payment (if requested) Employee converts the travel request into an expense sheet (then supervisor and finance approve)When i create a travel request, the approval workflow is not generated. Thus, i can’t approve the travel request. For demonstration purposes, i am not using an approval workflow for the moment.The travel request is blocked at the “confirmed” status. Open for any ideas to solve this issue.Below my setup :Access Attribute :Travel Request blocked without approvalThanks.

Field - Statement_No is Mandatory for Mixed Payment and Require value - pop-up on the Safe Transaction. This happens for selected Bank  in Location. The Accounting period is open, Voucher Series are all in place. Unable to successfully create Mixed Payment . Kindly guide.

We have an issue where a user is trying to open a file attached to a contract, and get the following error:In the event log I see that the file name looks a bit funky (the name is HIN76766_870844.pdf)The file is in the AsteaShare-folder:I only find this reference in the database (and not where the link is stored). ap_attachement_xref only has 98 lines

Hi,I have written a IAL and quick information source has been created using IAL. Data from IAL looks like below . Above 5 fields are parameters of the report and as you can see in above screen shot SITE, BUYER_CODE and PROJECT_ID can be null. If user only enters COMPANY and TEMPLATE_ID as parameters (leaving site, buyer_code and project_id blank), I want to query records WHERE company = ‘XX’ and template_id = ‘YY’. But if user enters value for other 3, then that parameter should also be included in the WHERE clause (e.g if value for site is entered, query records WHERE company = ‘XX’ and template_id = ‘YY’ AND site = ‘ZZ’).How can this be done? Currently if I enter company and template_id only as parameters, it is not returning any data to the report.Help is much appreciated.

We are on Apps10 UPD9 Enterprise Explorer, .NET Runtime 5.0.14. .NET Framework 4.8, Windows 10 Pro, build 19044. We are experiencing a high number of app crashes, specifically when users are navigating or utilizing Service-related areas. We tried multiple trouble-shooting steps initially, such as reducing cached pages to 5. We recently increased one of our units to 32GB of RAM. We are in the process of testing this now. Our standard is 8GB and generally works perfectly fine for all of our apps, including Apps8, which we were on previously. (just a few months ago). Event viewer often shows Event ID 1000 and Event ID 1026.Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any ideas on a potential fix, aside from the RAM increase or moving to a more recent UPD? Our systems meet the hardware/software/OS requirements set forth by IFS.Thanks.

Hi, we are using IFS Cloud 22R1.My customer want attache a link/url of PDF file onto purchase order line /customer order line. we tried object connection - “Attachment”  and “Media” but with Attachment , you have to upload a real PDF file (instead of link)and Media don’t support Link/URL. is any workaround for it?

Hi, I attached serveral types of files under phurchase order :pdf, doc, txtand find only [*.pdf] file will show the “view” button. what is the logic behind it? is there anyway to config it?
