I have a request from our back office: is it possible to change the title (and possibly content) of the service order report e-mails sent by SAs (from mobile). We would like to include the TAG from the serviced product - this is a request from some of our large accounts that gets tons of reports.

Hi Bjorn,
There is no such script. This is hard coded in the application.
We also don’t have an email template which can be used to change the text of the body of the email. The current text is defined in the code which would require a change in the application layer.
I am also double checking this R&D and will update you shortly.

There is no configuration on the report unless you change the report using Report customizer.

+12Hi Eisha - AFAIK the mail content is not pulled from the report (I am fairly familiar with the Customizer). There must be a script somewhere that populates the mail title and body?
