Hi ExpertsI kind of struggle with the setup of the automatic tolerance posting in IFS Cloud. I have created the following purchase order with the Gross Amount of 2.039.7 euro.  and 100 EUR charges in the supplier i set the tolerance up very hight in order to get a tolerance posting I have setup the tolerance also in the company Now i import the invoice through the external supplier invoice. as you can see i have modified the gross amount so the amount is higher than the purchase order:  As you can see the voucher lines are created for the purchased item and the charges. However i dont see a difference Posting What did I forget to setup?Best RegardsSophal

Hi, one of my collegues has shipped a faulty part requiring repair. Ship list is created and says “delivered” the receiving was accidentally marked as “undelivered” now the part is stuck “in transit” as it is both undelivered and delivered. We cannot seem to recreate a shipping doc or another receiving doc. Is this corrupt data requiring IFS data fix? Ship list Receiving of the above ship listGeneral queue for the job using request no as ONLY search term but checking receiving the RC doc is not visible If i click the current doc RC2205090033 from the general queue 

Community, I have a question about Project Delivery.please refer to the screenshot, i am doing a project delivery, the top part 1044748 is a project specific part, it is a engineering part only, no inventory parts created, no MBOM created, and it does not have EBOM created in IFS, i manually added the project items and build the project delivery structure.  i am using the RMB function Transfer Inventory Part, so I assume, system will base on the project delivery structure to create the MBOM in IFS accordingly, but unfortunately, it does not. system does not created any MBOM, neither the engineering revision. in part revision, you cannot see the Eng Rev created. May I know, am I doing it correctly? what is the Transfer Inventory Part this menu original designed for? Thank you.

Hi, In the sizing guide of the FSM environment there is a comment about: with over 1 million transactions per day from integrations and business rules will require a P6 SQL databaseIs there any way to see in the production environment how many transactions per day we are currently generating?The question is interesting since we are planning to roll-out the solution to more countries and need to decide on the environmental plan.   RegardsJimmy

If I have an activity in PSO that has been marked as incomplete, and I do allow multiple visits, is there a way for PSO to create an allocation automatically for the follow-up visit?

We are on Apps10 IEE, UPD9, fairly recently upgraded from Apps8.The inability to revise an ‘Accepted’ quote from Service Quotation is presenting quite an issue for us.Once the Estimate has been ‘Accepted’, there is no way to create a revision. This has been confirmed by IFS multiple times and we’ve received no communication that they have a plan to change this in the future in Apps10. Has anyone found a workaround for this restriction? Secondary issue, not having a Work Task or Work Order until ‘Accepted’ is creating multiple issues for us as well. Anyone happen to have run into the same issue and found a reasonable solution/workaround?Thanks.

Hello all!! Regarding the workflow, when we assign a task in the technician in the back office, in the DebriefOverview (OOTB screen) the ‘task_type’ field is shown with its value. (as shown below)But in the custom screen DebriefRPMInterface the task type value is not shown. The properties of the task_type are the same in both screens. We know that we should create a script for the ‘where clause’ section in order to sync the screens with the task id, but we are not sure about the exactly script structure.  Thank you in advance!    

Hi,I m Having a posting control setup for type GP17 With Control type AC10 copy from source.I m creating a new planning unit & added a revenue account and project id under transactions. Thereafter when i try to calculate project calculation under Business planning, i m receiving an error as “Posting type GP17 is set up with control type AC10, which is not allowed in this function” May i know is there any additional setup i have to perform to calculate this or why is this error being shown?Best regardsZuha

When the tax_amount field is left blank on an external voucher import or removed from the template, IFS leaves the Tax Amount in Acc Curr blank and users have to manually convert the currency tax to the accounting tax. In our template, we have only the currency_amount and IFS converts that amount using the currency rates to automatically show the accounting amount. Why does it not do the same for the currency_tax_amount and automatically convert it to the accounting tax amount? To convert it manually in the external file before importing, users have to go look up the currency rate that will be used by IFS to convert the currency amount to the accounting amount so the voucher won’t be out of balance, then put the amount in the file before importing. Or import it, get an error, and manually type in the amount in the accounting tax amount field. 

Dear all,currently we are facing 2 issues when installing FSM on a CITRIX profile.1.) The user always has to install FSM via the exe file every day. After that the user can use FSM.2.) But it seems that the app param cache is still not refreshed. It always retrieves old app param settingsIs there anything special to consider when installing on a Citrix profile? regards,Thomas

Trying to pick or ship an allocated product, I get the following message:I have tried deallocating the product, making sure there are plenty available in the warehouse. There is no error message in the event log.But: the product is model Nonstock. Can this be the issue?

I’m trouble finding the required ifs framework libraries. ifs-fnd-connect.jar can be downloaded from the documentation belowAbout Transformer Development - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud But the ifs-fnd-base.jar and/or ifs-fnd-common.jar cannot be found there. Hi everyone,I maked so many lobby element designer in IEE before, so when i wrote page link and configure correctly columns its working perfectly in IEE (Ofc when selected use conditions checkbox).But now i am trying to add a link for aurena and i see some difficulties.Have to know correctly page idHave to know correctly conditions and have to know the syntax for those.I want to write only aurena page not extra conditions, it could be generate conditions itself from the datasource.Any way for this?Thanks.

An error message display when I select Project accounting of Code Part Function and save. The error message is written about General Ledger is necessary to choose Project accounting. IFS PRD environments and Development environments have not installed General Ledger yet, But their environments will apply General Ledger.Can IFS work without the error in this case if I select Project accounting of Code Part Function after applying General Ledger?  Also, Are there other function impact by installed General Ledger?  PRD environments have been starting to use from 24th March, so the customer hope to know answer as soon as possible.

hello comunity,My client has an IFS10 working for several years but has not implemented Tax reporting, so they would like to start using Tax reporting only from the beginning of this year, How could we fetch only transactions from This year? How should we proceed?

I have created a logical printer and can select it to print a report, but my report rule isn’t doesn’t seem to be working.  the Report Format & Output window comes up and the printer that is showing is my default network printer.   If I choose ‘show all printers’ I can select the logical printer from the LOV but I want my rule to default the logical printer.  I have created the rule for Arrival_report_rep when the contract = 120 to print to the logical printer SM_TEST.  I saw a note in the documentation that the property List parameter is PrinterAdress=Please see attached.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated.Shelley 

I’m having an issue when trying to install the Scan It app and the Account Manager.  I have an on-premise system running IFS 10 Update 8. Using Android, I am downloading the Scan It App, Barcode scanner, and then Account Manager to my scanner gun.  When I start Scan It, it tells me I don’t have the account manager installed do you want to download it.  I already have IFS Account Manager installed. I’ll download it, and it’s prompting me to enter a Cloud URL and when I enter my TAS URL it’s unable to connect. Has anyone run into this before and if so, what was the resolution?  It’s almost like Scan It doesn’t recognize the Account Manager version hosted on my TAS and wants me to download a newer version.  The new version looks like it’s for Aurena.
