Dear all,I have uploaded a mixed payment through the External Check Upload Functionality. However, I am getting a very strange error and as a result, I can not approve the mixed payment. Can any one of you help me out to resolve this issue? 

Hi,In the Report Designer, we have the option to turn any value field into a barcode. But we need a barcode with information from two fields. Example, the barcode must have both Part No and Part Description. Is it possible to achieve?

 When we create a new Structure Revision, IFS automaticaly asigns a phase-out date (“yesterday”) to the previous revision, while stamping a phase-in date (“today”) to the new revision. This seems practical but has some drawbacks:The new revision is born as “Tentative”, as we plan to make changes on it. when attempting to cancel the matching of a customer mixed payment then we have this error; Wrong Requirements for account 1900.  Please check code part demands Mixed payment cannot be cancelled as there is a supplier payment included that has been cancelled. How can we rectify this and remove the allocation of this payment from customer account/invoices?  

Dear All,When I enter a mixed payment, I need to change the default currency of the bank account. In my case, I can't change the currency. Ex : I have set AUD for my bank account and I receive the payment in USD. But system doesn't allow to change currency from AUD to USD. Even in mix payment line, it is not allowed to change the currency. Any help for this? 

I get following error message when posting the final invoice which is created from the customer order.ORA-20105: Invoice.ACCERROR1: Error (Voucher date for payment cannot be earlier than voucher date (28-MAY-22) on which payment on account CUPIA 45 was posted.) occurred while booking Invoice CD ****The customer order has one advance invoice  and settled through the mixed payment. But at the preliminary stage the final invoice has back dated the invoice date. Is that a problem? I tested all possible scenarios and at the final invoice level only forward day can be entered. Please suggest me solution. 

Hi everyone, i have this issue i was creating a new custom LU Entity, and in aurena i was create a  page configuration and projection conf.   i also create a relationship with project Entity. Then i try to create a List using this entity in the Project Definition Page but doesnt work, i dont know if i missing something . But i need can use this custom entity for create a list in project definition page, maybe i missing something. Thanks for the Help.Regards. 

Hello, We have the below problem in FSM Mobile: In mobile, some fields are “dropdown” type and we want to display predefined values. For example, the below field “CUSER_DEF221” needs to have some values in its dropdown, but in mobile the dropdown is empty. we are upgrading from 360 to PSO6 and cant find how to add or delete private activities in the Scheduling Workspace as we can in 360. Are we correct in thinking that this is now something that has to be performed in the Planning Workspace in Planning/Resource/Unavailabilities, or are we still able to add the unavailbilities directly into the Scheduling Workspace?thank you for your help

How All.How could I set up a parameter in Aurena Lobby to understand “Like” where condition with % so I will be able to type a part of the text.In the example bellow, if I use like condition with %, the element in Aurena doesn’t not work, just in IEE. Hello All, Our customer wishes to use digital signature functionality so they have created a new custom event action for event DOCUMENT_APPROVED. Method:Edm_File_Sign_Util_API.Certify_Pdf_File (‘&DOC_CLASS', '&DOC_NO', '&DOC_SHEET' , '&DOC_REV' , 'Signature from IFS'); They have generated new user certificates in keystores window and when the user try to approve the document, below error “Invalid file name” comes.As you can see there are no special characters in the file name. Hi All,We are an Alliance v12.5 site.We’re setting up a Customer Support workflow, but have a requirement for different SLA times, depending on what the Problem Code is.As far as I’m aware, the SLA times are pulled through to the Customer Support job, from the active contract that’s assigned to the customer, in which case the same SLA times would be populated regardless of what the problem code is.Is there a way that anyone knows of, where we could populate different SLA times dependent on what the problem code of the job is??cheersMark

I’m trying to move the elements (.rpi, _rpt table and _rep view… is there more?) for a custom operational report (this is an SSRS based report that I did not create) from one test instance of IFS to another.  Is there a way to do this from within the application?  

Is there a canned report that shows the historical weighted average unit cost of a part?  I can find cost on transactions or cost set history but not a log of unit cost changes as calculated by the system. Thank you!

Hi All, I am testing the New Part Assistant to be used by our Procurement team to create new parts. When we Selected the Purchased Inventory Part in the New Part Assistant, it creates everything correctly, except that the inventory part is Purchased. We woukld like the inventory part to be Purchased(Raw). Is there some configuration that we can do to maake it create the inventory part as Purchased(raw).

Hey all, *** THIS ANSWERED THE ISSUE ***:  I must have missed that both a year ago and this morning before I posted. Apologies! I switched the NLS Length setting in SQL Developer preferences to CHAR, recompiled, and the API package works fine now!   ORIGINAL POST...A strange error about a buffer being too small has happened again (happened a little over a year ago) in the INVENTORY_PART_IN_STOCK_API package.I am needing to recompile that package for debug, and as soon as I do (no code changes whatsoever, just a recompile), any call to that package results in the error: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too smallORA-06512: at "BELL1APP.INVENTORY_PART_IN_STOCK_API", line 73 All parts of this API worked flawlessly up until now.
