You should ask the candidate which IFS office they worked for and then the appropriate contact would be the local HR office in IFS for the relevant IFS office. Hopefully you can receive all this information from the candidate.
+2Thank you for your reply,but our candidate worked for greater china region,and his working place changed,for example Hague, Singapore, Shanghai,so I am not sure which local HR office I should contact with.
