Cannot change priority on Customer i 15.2

Trying to change Priority on a Customer, we find that it gets reset to its previous value upon saving. This applies to both Astea Browser and Employee Web Portal - in our live envronment and UAT.

No problem changing this on Contracts, Installed Items, or Service Orders, though

I have checked that this issue has been fixed in 15.4SU2

You can fix it yourself in 15.2 if you wish

The fix was fairly simple.

Just remove the code in red box from

Astea Alliance 15.0\WebSite\App_includes\customer_maint.js

Hi, I think this is a bug in 15Sp2.

I would escalate it to IFS Support.

Short update: commented out this line. Cleared cache in Astea Browser. Now works. Thanks, Joshua!
