What is the best solution to re-imburse employees for expenses in IFS? 

Hello experts,Please see screenshots below. We are able to use conditions in a Data Source type SQL. (first screenshot). We are on IFS10 UPD13.Could you please confirm that this is not possible in a Data Source type Info Source (second screenshot) ?I wanted to insert a new Lobby Element using the Info Source BUT I cannot pass the parameters in the Lobby page (Project ID and Sub-Project ID) because I cannot setup a condition in the new info source.I hope this makes sense.Many thanksMiguel

How can we get a User account creation date out of IFS?It’s not available on either the FND_USER or ORACLE_ACCOUNT views.I can see there are OBJID and OBJVERSION columns on the FND_USER view, but that only records the newest version.What is the table or view to query to get the original account creation date?

I am looking for direction on how to set the system up to allocate costing accurately when we have to order in batch qtys. For instance, our supplier sells the part in boxes of 100. We have to order from the supplier in eaches, so we order 1 box from the supplier. When we receive it into inventory, it is received in as one box. How do we reconcile this when we begin utilizing this material in work orders, shop orders etc? We want to be sure that the costing works appropriately and that we are only allocating cost for the portion of the material that we use.  Is there a way to purchase in box qtys, but receive in single qtys for costing purposes without messing anything up? 

Does anyone have experience creating Order Code 2 Direct Delivery inside a Purchase Requisition in a Work Order?  The help shows the Order Code is possible, but it can’t be manually entered this way.  How does the system create Order Code 2, Direct Delivery?   Order Code: There are six different order codes: Normal (1), Express (5), Direct Delivery (2), Internal Transit (4), Internal Direct Delivery(3) and External Service Order (6). The Normal code is used if the purchased parts are delivered from an external supplier to your company before shipment to your customer. Express orders differ from normal orders in the way that they are handled by the system. When a purchase requisition having the order code Express is authorized, it is automatically converted into a purchase order which, in turn, is automatically released and printed. Hello,I have a report that returns data results by entering parameters.In other words, the report result is displayed when you enter a parameter.If no value has been entered for the parameter, the report should still be displayed.When the parameter is used as a condition in the query sentence where the report draws data, the rows that do not contain data in the column will not appear in the report.I couldn't find how to display them.How should I write the condition in the query sentence? Can anyone help with this please?Sincerely..

Apps10 Update15I have a production schedule part with four routing operations (10, 20, 30, 40).This part is connected to a production line for which I have defined a Progress Point with a Last Operation No = 20.I report production of (5) at the progress point.I report a partial scrap of (2) at the progress point.In Production Schedule Material History, though, I do not see operation 20 in the Operation No column for the Scrap Product WIP or the Issue Material material history actions.Should operation 20 be listed for these? If not, when would one ever see a value in this field?

Hi,I’m looking to send items away for refurbishment to then bring back into inventory but I’m unsure how to set this up correctly. The process I have to follow is missing something with this step and I’m unsure how to correct it. Hello community, As far as I understand when a Work Order is Tansferred to mobile, the resource can no longer be reallocated (see below)However the whole point of PSO is to dynamically reallocate the resources to optimize them.Therefore, how do they interact ? If a work order has been Transferred to mobile can PSO still reallocate it and Transfer to mobile to another resource? Thank you,

I was reading through Tip: Collecting Application Server diagnostic information | IFS Community earlier.What would be the option for a APPS10 CLOUD customer to obtain these kinds of stats?We’re currently 8h/day operation after pandemic planning to gradually return to 24/7 coverage. These stats will help in monitoring the health of the landscape ..  With the cloud service, the customer does not have access to the servers themselves (RDP or otherwise) they being managed by IFS cloud ops. Would anyone know?Many thanks.paul.

Hello, I am attempting to setup volume storage on Inventory Locations and define qty per volume on Inventory Parts, I have configured two bins with 20 and 25 bin values. My assumption is that the total storage between the two bins would be 45. However, it appears to only be 25 max. With both locations empty, if I attempt to move 20 units (I've setup the part for 1 pc = 1 volume), the system states that I can only put 5 units into F2.I’ve verified this by moving a total of 25 units into the locations. I believe I’m not understanding the setup of this functionality in IFS, and the help does not seem to clarify how exactly this should work. Any guidance on the proper setup would be greatly appreciated. 

Hi All,when I want to convert several purchase Requisition LInes to Request:  and want to create ONE NEW Request for this three Lines  I get the Information from the system, that one Request is created No. 116   but when I then look at the Lines, three requests were created instead of one request as desired This was different in APP10, where only one request was created for all selected lines.  Is this a Cloud 21R1 BUG? Thank you for your help Best regards Mairna

I am trying to generate spend analysis data in my environment, but I keep getting an error saying that I don’t have the required access to the companies. On the Spend Analysis settings I have only set up 1 company to which I do have access. The category assortment on the spend analysis settings also only has the same company, and there are no transactions for parts on belonging to this assortment.Are there any other reasons why I would be getting this error, and how do I resolve this?This is on IFS Cloud 22R1.
