Hi All,We have a very strange case where data not loaded / very slow loading in “Terminate Employment Logs” just for 1 user. No impact on other users.This user always used to manage this data thru this window so it is not a data access or permission issue . I believe it is related to locking record issue because it is keep turning and waiting  …If I restrict the search just for 1 record , it will end up populating this record after 3-4 min … any suggestions will be much appreciated  

Community, I have an issue, after I reported the time in the time registration against a project, reported hours is not showing up in the project>Resource>Resource Planning tab. then I thought it could be the time reporting is not associated with resource ID, then i am trying to add the resource group onto my reporting line, but system is not able to accept it. wondering why? also, i go to line job details, cannot see the resource ID to be associated with.

Good day all,In the past we always used to have the ability to change taxes on the purchase order when needed for specific circumstances. It looks like this ability to modify has been (greyed out) and I cannot remove a line.Just curious if there have been recent changes or something im missing.My only known options are: - Set up a new tax code/structure that can be applied, however this removes the procurement teams flexibility.Thanks 

Trying to get back to a work order from an invoice ? After creating a work order and completing the work in service and maintenance, I have then created a customer order to generate an customer invoice.  The invoice is then sent to the customer to check and pay, however if the customer has a query and gets back to the business, at the moment there is nothing on the invoice that references to the work order that was completed.  How does the business establish what work order the invoice is for? Thanks

Hi All, When the Customer wants to return goods via email, can we set it up automatically instead of doing RMB and the ‘Print supplier Returns’ option? Hello,We are running into an issue where job in completed status is disappearing as technician is switching the job status into completed. We usually see jobs in completed status on the Gantt chart (Purple Color coded) as our tech in the field complete out the job same day as shown below. When the Gantt chart in PSO was Healthy (Current Day): Now this is what we are seeing on the same day. A white/gray line divided throughout the shift on the current day and the job that should be in purple color (Completed status) no longer showing. Any information on how to troubleshoot this would be extremely helpful.Missing Completed Job showing White/Gray lines on the current day.

Journal in BO is not showing if Sales Quotation is created as in BO history tab in IEE. Neither is there a link to Sales Quotation as in IEE. We have Aurena version 10.11.Is this implemented in a later revision?

Hi I want to activate fix asset from manual supplier invoicebefore the fix asset has been set on “investment”After I have posted  ( posted auth) the manual supplier invoice with asset on code part object (see below)ENdly, I check , I can’t activate the fix asset  and see that user defined values are not automatically  fetched ( see below)I just see that the FA IMMO5 is hild from depreciation (see below).I don’t know why I can’t activate it Thanks a lot      

hi, community, while receiving the goods I need to perform the inspection for the goods, however after choosing the receive case as receive into arrival ,inspection at arrival , location to receive, and no of qty to inspect there is an error “ goods cannot be moved to the specified location before being fully inspected”  Steps performed: I have checked the same in ref no in inspection management it is not reflected there. Looking for your assistance,thanks 

Hi all, Question relating to Voucher type X and Function group X.Customer would like to separate Periodical allocations for Supplier invoices from other periodical allocations.If there are two voucher types for periodical allocations, how could you dedicate one of them for supplier invoices and the other for other periodization?Supplier invoices come as E-invoice via External Supplier Invoices.  Is there any other options than use different user ids for Supplier invoices / invoice vouchers and other transactions? 

I have customized the code and created the release apk with new keystore file. Finally the mobile.apk in mobile service is repleaced with newly created mobile.apk (release). then i have downloaded the file to mobile ( debug mode is activated ) but when i trying to install i got below error. So i googled this issue and found that it needs to register with below Play Protect Appeals Submission Form. But when i try to install RnD released apk, i dont get this error. Could you please let me know how RnD did this? how RnD get rid of this issue? do RnD register with this?

Each partial receipt against a production schedule creates a HU on the lowest level, as expected, but a new top level HU is also created for each receipt transaction.Example:Two-level packing instruction consists of (10) BOX1 on (1) PALLET1. I can pack a maximum of (2) part 123 in BOX1. I have a Production Schedule for (20) part 123. I report (8) complete. HU (2226) is created  for PALLET1 with (2) HUs (2227, 2228) created for BOX1. All as expected. I then report (8) more complete. A second HU (2229) is created for PALLET1  with (2) new HUs (2230, 2231) created for BOX1.I expected the (2) new HU for the BOX1, but I did not expect the second HU for the PALLET1. Hello, When I use the Auto-Generate Rota function in PSO-  The Status stays at “Generating” and it looks like nothing happen after that under the Rota Provisional. I left this on the entire day and night but nothing happen even though I refreshed the page and everything. Please help me understand if I am missing any steps. Thank you!

In the help menu, the Utilization is mentioned and not the Efficiency Is there a window that shows the schedule of Labor Class Resource ID or the Load per Resource ID ? Why is there a column for the Labor capacity in Labor Load per Labor Class window and when you switch to the chart you cannot display these values on the chart ?Data view :Chart :Finally, there is a document that includes all the information from IFS for Manufacturing, Supply Chain or other departments.Many Thanks,

Hello, I created a new custom tab BONDS to add to Customer Order Page  in  aurena  i created a  page configuration and projection conf.  and i created a key link with project Entity.Projection configuration :  The page is linked to a projection : MaPagePage details config : in the page designer of the custom Page . the selector & list are added . 1st Question : in bonds selector i put Order_no as Label But the custom Field is cf$_Order_no ( can this cause a conflict ?) im wondring if i need to add somthing on bonds List My issue No 1 :  is when i refrech the custom Page (Mapage) to valide if the data is availlable on the custom Page i can’t see the data :  

I want to schedule the IAL object as daily at 10:00 am and 11:00 am. When I set the expression as “FREQ=DAILY; BYHOUR=10.11; “. It's calculated as 10:28 due to sysdate. How to set exactly at 10:00 am and at 11:00 am?
