Hi All, This sounds like a very basic thing, but either I am having a really bad day or something else is going wrong.According to flow 4.16.3.1 - Manage Service Quotation we should be able to enter contact after the Servir Quotation has been created and in status ‘Under preparation”. Unfortunately, I’ve been looking for a place to enter contacts on my Service Quotation and either I am missing something or I am not seeing all possible tabs here but I can’t seem to find the proper section to add a customer to my Service Quotation. Anybody have any hints/screenshots what I am doing wrong? Best RegardsRoel

I’m trying to use the Report Rule Log to figure out why my report rule is not yielding the expected results and am having trouble understanding what the log is telling me.  For each test, I get two records, one saying the result = TRUE (Log ID 152), the next saying the result = FALSE (Log ID 154).  I’d like to understand what’s happening at Log ID 154 so my rule is evaluating as FALSE.This is what the actual rule looks like:And this is the Expression 1:[&SELECT NVL(cf$_subcontract,'No') from purchase_order_cfv p where p.order_no ='[@PURCHASE_ORDER_PRINT_REP/PO_HEADERS/PO_HEADER/ORDER_NO]' ]As you can see by the log, the rule fires without error, but the action to add the pdf to the end of the report does not succeed.  I’ve tried this with another rule to add the pdf where my custom field value = “Yes” and that works fine since I don’t have to do a coding work around to handle the null custom field values.  I’m pretty sure my issue is just with the way I’m creating Expression 1.Any

IFS F1 documentation does not describe how the Dangerous Goods Classification can be connected with other functionalities like Shipment. It is possible to enter all the basic data with the help of the documentation but thereafter cannot find any information regarding how to connect it to Shipment for example.Makeen wants to use Dangerous Goods Classification along with Shipments so can you please provide some information regarding the possible usages of Dangerous Goods Classification in IFS.

I belive this should be possible as there is a Field “Include in Fixed Line” (see below) but I do not know how to set it to Yes as it is not editable on the Other demabds tab.How can I do that?Thank you !

There is a work Order Connected to Project. In the Materials tab, I change the Suppy Code from Project Inventory to Invent Order, and We have an option to create Purchase Requisition (Create Multiple Purchase Requisition Lines). PR is converted to PO and while at the time of Receiving the PO, we are getting the Error Message: Inventory Part in Stock does not exist.Any help in this regard is appreciated.

 Hi Team, We have upgraded a customer from Apps8 to Apps10 UPD15 and there are some events related to touchapps push notifications missing.All those missing events are available in IT2 environment which  we created few months back.We need to check why these events are missing.We have a doubt, about whether these events get created from a background job/scheduled task. Is there a way to check it? Since the financial report comparison has not been completed, the background jobs are not yet enabled and job_queues remain 0 yet.We can export and import missing events from IT2 to UR environments. I’m wondering if there is a way to hide the “Shortcode” and “CSG” fields in the search box that pops up when doing an Item lookup. This is on a form in assyst that is accessed by end users through the self-service portal (currently running version 11.4.2). All I would like our end users to see is the Name field.

Hi,This is about IFSCloudI cannot log in to IFS Aurena after a DB clone from TEST to PROD (PROD is not in LIVE yet).Passwords for TEST and PROD are different. Passwords reset in PRODLog in possible from SQLPLUS to PROD DB as ifsappThere are no locked accounts in PROD DB.But Im getting IFSCloud Aurena login error - Invalid username or password.All the pods are Running including IAM - 2/2I think I need to reset password in MT. Please suggest me on how to do it? HiIn EE it is possible to filter the fields in a LoV selector by a value in the main form using a SQL query search similar to the following:CUSTOMER_NO = i_hWndParent.frmOrderQuotation.dfsCustomerNoDoes anything like this functionality exist on Aurena yet?  The only way I have found is to click the Find button on the LoV and then search for the Quotation No in this example.  This is a number of extra clicks and will not be appreciated by our CustomersThanksGareth
