Hello,Is there a way to specify a default filename when printing client reports? (FSM 6.5)When we use the print button we see a preview of the PDF version of the report and the default file name will be something like: REQUESTS_SERV_67c439a7-e9fc-413d-8d4c-44879a55ff4e.pdfI’d like to change that name, or at least remove all the extra stuff so we get REQUESTS_SERV.pdf to match the rdlc file name. Ideally we could append the request ID, or some other useful value. Is this possible? Thanks!

Work Task Transactions - Automatic Authorization

Hi,I have setup the system definitions to set automatic authorization of Work Task Transactions. However, still I have to authorize it manually using RMB. Is there something that I’m missing here? IFS10 Cancelled invoice but Receipts are still linked to cancelled invoice

Dear all,I cancelled an invoice with PO but the receipts that were linked to the cancelled PO arent usable anymore as the are still linked to the cancelled invoice. Can someone please tell me how I can resolve this problem.As I want to book the invoice again I cant match the receipts anymore that were used on the cancelled PO

mWO Apps 10, UPD 9: Definition of different Pools of mWO user

The requirement is like this: mWO users should be grouped and work assignments (work task) should be transferred to mWO users which are assigned to a group. If a user accepts the assignment, it should be removed from all other users. It should be possible to define several groups of users.This sounds pretty much as the pool functionality in our mWO. But if a work task is transferred to the pool, all mWO users which have access to the site of the work task see the work task in the pool. Only the mWO users of a specific group (Team? Resource Group?) should get the work tasks of their pool (group).Is there any possibility to define different pools/groups and how it could be defined in Apps 10 UPD 9 or greater?Thx in advance for your support

Customizer: moving fields between sub-pages

I have been asked by my team if it is possible to move some fields from one sub-page to another. Specifically they want the field Billable moved from the Material Info page to the Material page. for Service Orders I have been able to move fields (within a given page or between sub-pages) by deleting them and adding them again in the desired location. But not Billable. I assume this is because this field as additional logic to it (if you chose Fixed the Price field automatically appears)? To be precise - I can move the fields, but the functionality is gone (value is NULL)

Sticky note disappears on Project Invoice window

Hello, When a sticky note is added on Project Invoice window, it disappears once the window is refreshed. NotesLogged in user is IFSAPP. The issue exists for all windows of component PRJREP. Hi,Anyone that can inform me about one-time-suppliers and I would be forewer greatful.I dont quite understand how to use it. It seemes like I have to open the supplier site and register the suppliers data. What is the point then? I would like a form of “shortcut” in the manual suppliersystem where I could register the onetimesuppl. and the payment will show in the paymentproposals along with the other invoices at due date. Then they should remain in a separat log so they are searchable later if needed.That was my wish now back to reality, h ow does it work? Mvh BM

Logic for Cycle Interval When Creating Count Reports

Hi everyone, I’m trying to establish a cycle count program using count reports and I’m having an issue with the business logic being used to add lines to the count report. I’m finding a disconnect between the cycle interval on the inventory part, and the last date an inventory part has a COUNT-IN or COUNT-OUT transaction. It appears the ‘Last counted date’ which is being fetched by the Get_Last_Count_Date function, is populated on the inventory part in stock, but is granular down to the part/config/location/lot/serial/ecn/wdr/handling unit combination. So if I count a part at a specific location, then move it, the last counted date will be lost. My interpretation of the cycle interval logic is as follows. If the cycle interval on the inventory part record is 60, and the part is counted on October 1st, then the next time the part would be fetched and added to a count report would be December 1st. (our distribution calendar is 7 days a week @ 24 hours a day). My testing has completely

Fixed Asset-Import Object with 2 depreciation values

Multiple Sales Pricing UoM

Hi all,I’m working with a client in Aurena (Apps 10 UPD 13) who would like the ability to toggle through multiple different Sales UoM on the Customer Order Line. For example, for the same part number/site, they may price the material by various weight UoM such as metric ton, lbs or short tons. Is there any method this can be achieved via standard functionality in which I am missing? If not, any alternate suggestions from other customers looking to achieve something similar? Thanks!

Apps 10 - Granting lobby creation and direct access to created lobby

Hi all,I have a question regarding creating lobby for a user.When I create a lobby with a personal user (so not IFSAPP), for example Lobby = TEST JS and save Lobby is shown in the lobby overviewWhen I double click on created lobby, error is shown that created page was not found:So my question is how to get user in the position to create a lobby and edit it by him/her self?Is it possible to edit own created lobby, without getting rights for the created page in permission set from Admin? Report Errors in Print Manager but no Error Message

Hello.When printing a specific IFS Report Designer report from Apps9 UPD16, an Error status is raised, but the message field in the Print Manger is empty.Any idea how I could find the underlining error information?Thanks in advance.
