I am trying to book contractor's time against a PO. In EE I can use the Project Time Registration screen but in Aurena I can not find the equivalent screen, where I can enter a PO Number.If you type Project Time Registration in the navigator for Aurena you are directed to Quick time Reporter but you do not have the option to enter a PO Number.If you use time registration you also don’t have the option to book against a PO.As a workaround, I am using the Project Transaction Screen.    

I’m quite new to IFS, sorry if this is an obvious topic. I see that the IT department gets requests to change document numbers on documents in docman. (I would have thought the document controllers would handle this).There seems to be no possibility to do this in the IFS UI. Is there an easy way to change document numbers, or is the only option to update database records to change a document number?

Hi,We are looking to rollout Aurena Notify Me for PO Authorizations but have noticed that attachments will only appear in the app if they are attached to the header of the PO (Object=PurchaseOrder). But if they are attached to a Part Order Line (object=PurchaseOrderLinePart) or No Part Order Line (object=PurchaseOrderLineNopart) they do not appear in the app.If the user views the PO with Enterprise Explorer or Aurena, they can see attachments connected to all 3 of these objects so it does not appear to be an access issue.Does anyone know if the app is designed to show only the header attachments or is it something within the configuration that I am missing? Within the app, for one of my test PO’s, I am able to view the doc_reference_object table and see that only the attachment document for the PO Header is shown. The part line and no part line documents do not appear.All 3 objects are accessible with the same Document class so if 1 works, I would expect the other 2 to be the same.We a

Hi :-)We want to include an on/off button/functionality for going on and off shifts on the front page/main menu of the mobile app so that our users can easily change their status without having to go through several clicks.Is there a way to do this? Currently using App version 6.13.7928

Dears,We have customized IFS 10 Landing page. But the movement we do any deployment or reconfiguration the same is rolled back to default page for IFS 10. Kindly suggest, how we can avoid it.Best RegardsPankaj

Hi,How we could change the voucher type user group "Authorization Level" setting in the "Company Template Detail" so that it displays the authorization level as the "Approve Only" when a new company is created, as shown in the screen print below? The following is the Company Template Detail for the user group FM.  When we use this STD template to create a new company, the authorization level for the user group FM in the new company is set to "Enter and Approve" rather than "Approve Only."   Thanks in advance!Best Regards,Yoshini

The Indexed box is grey ... Or has anyone found a more elegant solution ?

In Dispatch Console we would like to have all information displayed more efficinet:If an employee has more orders than can be displayed in 1 line, a + is displayed. Can the + be opend by default so all orders are immediatly displayed and you don’t have to click on the + ? Can the whole line be highlighted when you select a line and not only the agent info ? in V10 the DC reated that wha and had alternating colours for each employee line which makes teh overview more comprehensiveOur dispatcher were used to work in v10 where those setting were default 

I have a custom field that I have added to Inventory Part in Stock.  I would also like to add this field to the details in the Manual Reservations for Customer Order Line, but when I try to add it, it shows that is is already there (the details look like the come from the Inventory Part in Stock view) but it doesn’t give me the option to add it through the column chooser. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this?

Hello,Our company rents and sells modular workspaces. When we rent a module and it returns from a costumer, we use the IFS MWO to open a work order on arrival, and we use the e-forms option to answer a quick survey that reports the module situation to other departments. We are constantly having trouble to create work orders on IFS MWO. As work orders are closed throught IFS application, they would not communicate with IEE, and would be lost between platforms. Recently we had a major problem when several objects were reported through the application but only a few of them were transfered to IEE.I’ve checked on background tasks for any information about the transactions, but no error was found.On Failed Transactions I found that it didn’t went throug becaust it was deleted due to initialization.​​​​Can someone help me figuring out what went wrong and how to solve it?Thank you!

Good afternoon.We have recently migrated our IFS Apps 8 SP1 instance to a new data centre on a new virtual device.The old instance uses an http url to access the Dev, Test and Live instances:http://################:61080/client/runtime/Ifs.Fnd.Explorer.application (Live url)We want to change this to an HTTPS connection. Please can you advise the steps required to implement the change in Apps 8 and any other useful hints/tips?Best regards - Simon Brooker

Some of our android user get stuck on Warning "You have xx pending Alliance transaction(s)"  Mobile app is connected to the back office and actively communicating with the back office, but the outgoing messages in Queue are not send to the back office. Because of the pending outgoing messages it is not possible anymore to refreshAfter Reset Mobile App of reinstall Mobile app, old orders are back on the mobile and must resolved again. It seems, this happens after update to 15.4.1.0 If the user is login on Internet Browser or iOS app the messages are sent, and everything is working.What are the minimum requirements for Android, if we use 15.4.1.0? Thanks,Robin

​IFS community, greetings Following the creation of a custom field type persistent and data type "Text", I am unable to enter a value into the field. It is actually grayed out. Do you have any idea why the custom field is behaving in this manner? Text cannot be entered. I do not believe it is a security issue as I am using the AO account. Note is my TEXT custom field.   For more information, please refer to the screenshot (see below)

HiIf I have a contract without any Std Arrival defined.  Is there a way to have on a service order (for this contract) a ETA Contractual date defined ?(of course not based on the contract but another setting in the application : Prompts ? Workflow ? Customer ? Node ?)  Thanks and Regardsanthony

How do you get an existing field (not a custom field) to show up on a different page?I am trying to display the Organization Code (org_code) from the Organization and Position Assignments page (company_pers_assign_act view) on the Purchase Orders Lines (POL) page (purchase_order_line_all view).  So it is an already existing field and not a custom field.  When I try to create a custom field so it will display on the POL page I cannot get it to work.  I have tried Reference (can’t find the field I want to display), Select (mostly get the not a custom field error) and Expression (Mostly get statement is invalid).I am not 100% sure which is the best route.  I thougtht the expression looked the most promising.  I have tried:company_pers_assign_api.get_org_code((select assignment_seq_no from company_pers_assign_act where person_id = v.authorize_code))as the expression.  The get_org_code needs the assignment_seq_no as the parameter which is what the select statement is trying to get.  Looking
