We know how to get the data into a report but how do we write customer calculations based on the data we have pulled from the global action sets and then manipulate it to form specific variables such as counts and percentages?An example would be: If a customer queue time is >1 and agent active time for the specific call = 0 (or Null) then add one to an int variable called “Abandoned”.  We would then want to report on the above variable “Abandoned” and use it in further calculations to work out SLA. 

i want to create a migration job  using a method  ,that method name define two times in a package.ex, Create_Purchase_Order  method define in Purchase_Order_Api , one has 6 parameter and other one has more than 6 parameters .I'm using the method with 6 parameters, but when i try to execute the migration job getting following errors, any idea how to use these type of method in migration jobs?attached images.

Hi,I don’t understand what’s going wrong. I’m just trying to create a simple Read only attribute that fetch a column from another custom logical unit: I tried using v.CF$_UO2F with the LRN_U_O2_CLV which is the normal way, but that sends me an error saying view table is not existingand that is not logical as I can actually see this table from the SQL Query Tool and perform the exact same query… If I also try to fetch this data in an event with CURSOR, that does not work either …CURSOR Get_CountryCode (uo_ VARCHAR2) IS            SELECT k.CF$_COUNTRY2             FROM IFSAPP.lrn_u_o2_clv k            WHERE k.CF$_UO2 = uo_; 

Hi Everyone, Freeze part while counting getting activated automatically, the original setting for the count report was created had this option deactivated, this is causing that parts to get frozen during counting Any suggestion, am I missing out on something?  Thank you.

Hi Guys,We were able to install the Kubernetes on the Linux box but receiving the below error when executing get the kube config file step.   Also I have attached the main script log file to understand more on which step it is getting this error.Mentioned error is not in the Main.ps1 file as well, I tried doing a search on the “Get-sftpFile” as well to troubleshoot on this, but no luck. I’m looking for a quick solution on this folks. Thanks in advance.

In a lobby, I am pulling in data to count the number of scheduled parts for the current and future week. the lobby is able to see the data and it works how I expect, however when I added navigation functionality, it brought up a  Invalid Identifier error. Error on linked screenData Source designerElement DesignerCould this be a permissions issue?

Hello. I’d like to replace smart mail with email action for managing email templates and so on. I noticed that it works fine for actions starting from assyst Portal. However, I could not replicate such behavior for events logged from self service portal by end users. My guess is that when contact users are logging events, they do not select an email template. Nonetheless, if there’s something like a system parameter for such use case, I guess we’d be able to substitute Smart Mail with Email Actions.Am I right or is there something else I should know?

Hi,I recently faced an error creating an outbound message in out new IFS 21R1 customer.Below I briefly described what I have done so far. I would really appreciate if someone can share their opinions how to solve this.I need to create a file in the sever directory including all the shipment details when the Shipment Delivery Note is printed.I have written the code to prepare the file on this trigger. This is working fine (I mean the file data preparation) .Now I’m trying to configure the IFS connect to send the file out to the specific directory(within the same server)I use a routing rule as follows; and the routing address would be like this.. I’m using the FILE_SENDER1 to send the file out. I configure FILE_SENDER1 as follows… There I used the directory given in the IFS Could Build Place and it’s credentials.   When I try to create the application message now to send the file out it’s failing the message saying ‘Access Denied’. I mean it’s pretty obvious that I get this error because

Partner tried to PUSH data into FSM using perform_inbound_integration to integrate large amount of data into IFS FSM. The data is being pushed in batches. Each batch size is 100. It was noticed that It's successfully integrates up to 15 cycles but after that it throws a “500 Internal Server Error” error.Thus, we would like to understand how much load IFS FSM can handle?We tried with different batch sizes and it was noticed that when the batch size increases the cycles number is reduced.Is there a specific solution to handle this process of loading data in batches?

Hi,  Does anyone know of a way to install the IFS addons (from the /add-on.html page) now that IE is no longer an option?The ‘https://URL:PORT/add-on/officeaddins/docmanofficeaddin/Ifs.Application.Docman.OfficeAddinInstaller.vsto’ link no longer does anything on Chrome/Chromium browsers. Thanks,James  

We recently updated from FSM 6u6 to 6u15, and have run into an issue with the mobile app where new messages are not populating to the mm_message_out table to be sent to mobileNo sync rules have changed, scheduled process for perform_mobile_replication is running, and audits have not changed.Using the Sync Rule Analyzer shows the expected number of rows returned, but those rows never make it to the mm_message_out table to be processed to mobileIs there anywhere else I should be looking to solve this?

How it can be without using sales and cost of sales account. we need to use intercom[any accounts. Hi,We are on Update 12. I created and progressed the Repair Work Order and stuck at the stage where I need to place Serial Object to structure to change position from Issued to InFacility.When I use RMB on Report In Work Order → Place Serial in Equipment Structure and pick Functional Object against which I want to place it I get the error message “Object is already used in a PM Action or Work Order”. I have Work Orders against this Serial but they all either Finished or Cancelled. Surely it cant stop me to send equipment back to customer if I was fixing this part before?
