does anybody know if it’s possible to customize the .html layout of the service report in Aurena Native Apps (Service Engineer App)?

You can do this in Page Designer. There is a page in Solution Manager > Aurena Native Apps > Configuration (documented here Apps for Page Designer - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloud) that lists the Apps and allows you to navigate through the Apps and configure the pages. In the web client the MWO report displays as a normal page
