When a user creates a material requisition for a particular site, is a transport task automatically created for this material requisition?

Hi,
No transport task is created in relation to a material requisition. It is possible to enter an Internal destination to specify where the request has come from and therefore where the parts need to be taken to, but no transport task is generated.
