Hi all, I am trying to generate automatic emails via event&actions for the new Onboarding Process on Aurena. IFS already offers some standard events. Hence, I just created new actions with the given placeholders.  example action:  On Aurena I assigned the Onboarding Program with the tasks to the employees below. Some tasks are due and some are not. But I expected the mails to be triggered as soon as the tasks are created or at least when the prerequisite task is completed.  The responsible persons have an email setup as work contact information. However, the emails were not generated (email-sender etc. are setup correctly since other processes were able to send emails). Now my questions are the following: Is there a view where I can check if the action was triggered at all?  Where must the emails be setup? I tried the employee/person. Since I did not use the placeholder for the user-email in the action, I do not believe that it would fetch it from there.  Is there a possibility whe

If a component i.e. “AG-TF-SUB-02“ is defined as “Not consumed“ in product structure and is driven by Master Scheduling and the assembly i.e “AG-TF-SUB-01“ which contain “AG-TF-SUB-02“ is driven by Master Scheduling it isn't recognized the  “Not Consumed“ Status of Component AG-TF-SUB-02 and demand for “Not Consumed“ Component Part was created. Would like to know your opinion about this behavior.  Product Structure AG-TF-SUB-1  Master Schedule AG-TF-SUB-1This is correct Master Schedule AG-TF-SUB-02Is this the expected behavior ? Subsequent MRP of Parts work as expected.

community,does any see this error before? this part in inventory is a purchase part (also in engineering), but we have it set to Make in project delivery. in project delivery, we have the BOM created for this part. when we are trying to create the project supply request for this part, we are expecting a shop order will be created, but we encountered this error message, see attached.Wondering what’s wrong with it? Thank you. 

Hi All,I have granted access to the Execute Job for one of permission set in the application. Now the users who has assigned to the particular role can see the window. But uses try to populate the records, it says "No Record Found"I refreshed the security cache and checked. But the issue still remains.Any help for this? Regards,Malin

Hopefully this is a quick question. I have some logic that changes the shipment inventory location on pick lists using Customer_Order_Pick_List_API.Modify_Ship_Inventory_Loc_No after they are created. It only needs the pick list # and the new location no. I’m running it with Transaction_SYS.Deferred_Call to avoid mutating tables. How do I pass those parameters?

Hi,I have an environment in Build Place. The environment only has English installed as available Used Language. I'd like to add Japanese language to the environment. How can I do for it?I tried to use <Used Languages> button in Build Place screen. It shows a kind of pop up dialog on the right side (what is it called?) in which there are 2 boxes. I moved <Japanese> from the left box to the right box then pushed <Save> button. It showed 2 small message, <Build Success> and <Build Info>. But I don't understand what they are. Do we have any manual about <Used Languages> and other buttons on Build Place screen (in IFS Lifecycle Experience)?Sorry for 2 questions. The main question is the first one.Thank you.Kazu

Hi!On the Prepare Work Order window, under the Resourses tab, when setting up a Report Time, it’s possible to insert comments on the dialog box below, before creating the Time Report.When reported, I cannot find where the comment that I wrote went. Is there a way to print/view the Time Reports that were created?Thank you! 

when we use MRP Type code of G with a cover time of 5 days on a Manufactured part,  it does not combine the requisitions into a single requisition.   Has anyone successfully used G codes on Manufactured parts

Community, I have a problem when doing migration job of updating part description. when saving the excel file to text (tab delimited), i can see the double quote is added by the system. please see the attached. after I ran the migration job, i can see the part description is also updated with double quote text. see attached.I am wondering how to fix this issue when updating the part description. Thank you.

We are using IFS 9.Some of the sync tables for MWO use a combination of user/installed app/device as a unique identifier for sync transactions/data. We wanted to understand what happens if the following information changes before the transactions/data are synced …The user’s install app version changes The user’s device is disabled and a new active device is createdExampleA user has failed transactions, out messages, and push queue records associated with app version 3.17 and device 123. These transactions/messages have not synced yet.The active MWO app version changes from 3.17 to 3.18 The user device 123 is disabled. Device 456 is created and is the only “active” device for the user.What happens to the transactions/data and out messages associated with app ver 3.17 and device 123? Will they still sync?

I’m facing strange IFS behaviour in Routing in IFS10. When I choose “Labor class” then in the field “Setup labor class” there is shown the same record. And after saving it disappears. It is impossible to choose different “Labor class” and “Setup labor class” in one edition. You need to save line and then choose the second value and save again. Do we have a fix for this bug?

I created an Information Source(IS) using an IAL to design a business report. We had to add additional columns to IAL, so I deleted the existing IS and tried create the IS again. I got below error. It seems the IS is not deleted from database. The workaround is to change the view name and create the IS. The issue is then I have to re design the business report. Customer is on 21R2 track. Is there any way to resolve this? Thanks in advance.

Dear Experts In Window Control Plan - Manufacturing, may you suggest me how to set the number format in field  to do not deduct 0 (Zero) behind?For example if I input criteria value or measured value is 2.500 the system will show 2.5 but I need system to show like this 2.500 instead by remain the number of digit after decimal point as I set. RegardsNithipatch

Hi SirIn customer env , we found the strick notes issue whick can not appear automatically in EE,you have to click the note button , and if you refresh the window ,it will disappear.

Greeting, IFS Community. Following the creation of a CLU with four fields and the creation of a custom persistance field usingthe CLU created as a reference. The custom field has the following properties:              Insertable, Updatable, Searchable, List of Value In contrast, when I try to search populate data using the list of values, the field displays only one field, rather than the four from the CLU.  What is the best way to make the other 3 fields visible in my search box from the List of Values (LV)?   Is there a way to make the other three fields visible from my CLU? Thanks,JL
