Hi, I need change the defaults option in Shop Floor Workbenchs page to the “Filter By” to “Shop Order”.Im triying that but i cant. Thanks!

We are noticing that IFS is trying to authorize credit card transactions for customer orders in our development environment around 1am everyday - even for past orders that have already been charged. We have disabled the credit card type to prevent the transactions from going into “authorized” status.Does know how to stop IFS from scheduling these transactions for orders that have already been completed/paid for or why it keeps trying to authorize these orders? Thanks for your help.

The authentication to IFS should be handled via Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS). For this system, which had been prepared already for the usage Customer is now using ADFS authentication for the windows users. Some software, for example some handheld scanners or some other software need to use own IFS Clients developed by the customer to connect. Hi Guys, Ok, I’m back again with a simple question: Does IFS come with an included 365 day calendar? My calibrations are mostly done by outside vendors who use a 365 day calendar.Example: if the calibrate something on 4/23/2022 (Saturday), then it will be due on 4/23/2023 (Sunday). But the calendar my company uses, skips Sundays and holidays, so IFS shows this gauge due on 4/24/2023 - This will NOT make my auditors happy. So, I’m wondering if IFS has an existing calendar, a 365 day calendar, that i could use? Thanks very much for your assistance, Calibration Guy.

Hi,We sometimes use Vendors to provide services as well as just buying parts from them.  So I would like to create a PR or similar, to order a Service from a Vendor but have that connected back to the Service Order (similar to using a PR to order Parts for a Service Order).  Is there a way to do that?If I try to do it with a PR separately, I see two issues:It wants to receive the “Service” into a warehouse I cannot find a way to reference it back to the Service orderAny suggestions welcome, thanksChris

Hi All,Earlier we were unable to connect to the customer portal.server name is stal01 but config was set to stas01 for some reason and once we add this stas01 to DNS manager, we were able to connect to the IFS TAS customer portal successfully.But now we are having an issue when trying to login to the android device as below.What should we check to fix this issue.Kindly advice me.Thank you in advance.

In Terminate Employment Log there are so many In Progress records. Upon checking I saw some statuses employees are in Resigned status while some are still in Employed. Anybody have a clue?

I’m developing an outbound integration. I did the setup in developer studio and deployed server package. When I click on Start Local Server on Application Server in Developer Studio, I get below error message saying “The system cannot find the path specified”. Is there any solution for this issue?

We are working on improving warehouse setup and van warehouse workflow. We have activated Automatic Part Allocation under Material Demand - Workflow(Service), but materials get flagged as Needed even though they are available in the van warehouse. Any pointers?

Hello,               I’m looking to update the “PRIORITY” field of an Internal Customer Order from either the External Customer Order or better yet, the customer priority field found under Application Base Setup > Enterprise > Customer > Customer, then Order > Misc Customer Info tab.      The problem with the Internal Customer Order not picking up the customer priority, is that it is from a different site (contract) than the External Customer Order.  We have all of our External Customer Orders set up for Site 0.  The Internal Customer Orders are set up for whatever site the order is being placed out of (Sites 13,14,16,18,19)       As you may know, there is a delay when “Releasing” the External Customer Order, which the Purchasing Order is created, then the Internal Customer Order.  If you watch the Supply Chain Order Analysis screen after releasing an External Customer Order and constantly refresh it, you will eventually see the Internal Customer Order pop up.         I am

Hi All,I’m using ‘Change to Planned’ RMB option in order to change the status from Released to Planed because I want to delete this requisition.But I’m getting this error ‘The Requisition object is locked by another user.’   According to this post suggestion, I tried to lock the record and got an oracle error. Could you please let me know your opinion on this.I’m using IFS APP 7.5.Thank you.

Is there a way to change the default value of the invoicing option for resolved service orders?Invoice Option 

We’ve are running into the issue that a Service Contract cannot be added to a Work Order generated from a Separate PM Action Job. When we try to save the Work Order, we get this error:The PM Action Job is included in the contract the customer have with us. I’ve tried to generate a PM Action job from the Service Contract, but that cannot be done either. When I add it on the Service Contract (under PM Settings), I get this error:The equipment that I’ve picked is included on the contract.  Where are we going wrong?  Thank you in advance,Michael

Had to give both production servers and our database server a reboot last night after an update. Just did a quick check, and all looked fine.But today my users complain about Dispatch Console not working. So I restart DSE service on the main server. After doing this I can get one instance of Dispatch Console to work, but if I launch 2, the first will stopp. And sthe seciond be unstable.As a note: I run Astea Cache Server on a separate server from Astea Alliance

Is it possible to modify the presented data in the Record Selector in IFS Cloud as a configuration, without going through a code change? Customer would like to add more columns to the existing selector by themselves. Appreciate your inputs on this.
