Is that table INTFACE_JOB_HIST_DETAIL_TAB just save records which is failed?

Hello all, I want confirm one thing.I notice that one line will be added to table INTFACE_JOB_HIST_HEAD_TAB once I execute a migration job. But I can not find any records in table INTFACE_JOB_HIST_DETAIL_TAB if all rows are migrated successful.Is it the table INTFACE_JOB_HIST_DETAIL_TAB just save records which are failed?Thanks in advance!

Hi All,We are getting following error when we trying to login to the application.I have seen similar posts for ORA-00022: invalid session ID; access deniedbut I thought to post as this is having IO Error: Socket closed.We can connect to the database and run select queries without errors.This is in Apps09.How can we fix this issue. Unable to Publish a Custom Projection due to Custom framework is not enabled error

I’m seeing below error when I try to Publish my Custom Projection.‘Custom framework is not enabled. Please enable it from system parameters’ This was observed in both Support / IFSCLOUD / 21R1 Core - RnD / BnT CMB & Support / IFSCLOUD / 21R1 Core / REGIONAL TEST CMB environments. Mobile user cannot see part/Material in "My Stock" n MWO app

We are working in APP 10 IFS MWO Service App with Transport tasks and encountered an issue where mobile user cannot see part/Material in "My Stock" in MWO app when a transport task is performed from warehouse to warehouse. The user has quantities available, and it did not show up in " My Stock" in MWO app and the user is unable to see material when he is doing a Material Requisition.

'This customers own address id already exists on another address for this customer or another customer' error

Hi all, I am in the process of transitioning a customers orders and invoices to EDI. I am trying to populate the customers ‘Customers Own Address ID” field. The customer has 10 sites and have provided their ‘location codes’ that we need to use in the EDI submissions when we invoice them. Their sites are simply numbered 1-10.Most of the sites allow me to add the appropriate site number in but a couple of them (1 and 5) give the following error when I try to save the record: This customers own address id already exists on another address for this customer or another customer I have checked through each site for the customer and none of the other sites have the Customers Own Address ID set to 1 or 5 (they all have their own numbers of course) so looking at the error, I am reading it as if ANY other customer has this field set to 1 or 5 then I cannot use these values. Surely this can’t be right? Is it really saying that the value in this field must be unique throughout all our customers de

Error message rejecting approval

Hello, I am seeing an issue where a user cannot reject an approval routing step. They receive a message stating that Foundation 1 user does not exist. The message is referencing their email address. There are no event actions tied to this, so I am not sure what is creating this error. He is able to Approve without issue. Any guidance would be appreciated!

IFS Cloud remote : need to update SSL/TLS certificate

I need to reinstall a new PFX certificate file in my IFS Cloud environment. I don’t find the procedure in the OFS documentation but I suppose that it should be just a matter of running an ifsinstaller command with the mtinstaller option. Am I right ?

I need to cleanup Customer Portal license assignments. I have a large number of contacts that are no longer active and still have license assigned, plus I have another 50 or so accounts I need to deactivate and remove licenses.There may be some accounts that have never created an order and I may be able to delete the account. I assume any contact that has created an order will be lockedWhat would be the recommended method to remove Customer Portal license from a contact?

Call External Program from Navigator item or Shortcut

Hey all,I have had good success with using our external integration program (a C#/.NET application) by calling it from RMB Custom Menus where appropriate. It can run command-line modules as well as display UI-based functionality to enrich end-user’s client experience.Some integrations I am creating, however, would be better to call directly from a Shortcut or Navigator item (I am talking about IEE). Is there a way to call an External Program from a Navigator item or Shortcut the same way a Custom Menu can call an external program? Seems like it should be doable, but I am not seeing it.Alternately (or additionally), is there a way to call an External Program from a Lobby? We are starting to use Lobby lists to also act as navigation aids, so being able to summon the external program from there would also be of great use. Thanks,Joe Kaufman

Custom Fields use of CTRL+K

Intercompany posting IP13 posting

Hello Dear CommunityI have slight posting problem and I do not know how to correct posting or what i need to do to fix this and avoid this from happening.Our company is part of multi company. the problem I have is that, we received a supplier invoice from a common supplier, PO was raised on the sister company but invoice got sent to us in error and this got posted on the supplier account but created a IP13 posting, and just to add to this, this invoice got paid and is in posted paid state.How can cancel or create contra to clear this transaction from my GL account as now I have difference in my Aged Debtors and GL report they do not agree.I would really appreciate if anyone has similar issue or how you have fixed this. How to include patches into our build and delivery process

Hi,We are in the process of installing patches in our IFS environments, but we are unsure regarding the process as we are maintaining our own customization layer. Some background information around our build and delivery process:1. Merge update received from IFS into our archive folder.2. Generate a new build home (without our customizations)3. Generate a docker image containing the build home. This is done in order to run multiple builds at the same time. 4. Build and install a new delivery from-to the correct update version. 5. Continuously build and install deliveries including our customizations.Step 1-4 are we doing only once for each update.The question is, how are we going to include patches into this process? Do we have to add new patches to the archive folder and generate a new build home for each patch or series of patches?

Adding Custom Field in Aurena Dialog for Time Registration

Morning all, Within Page Designer we’re looking to add a custom field/custom fields to the ‘Time Registration’ page dialog box, allowing users to capture additional information when registering project time allocations. However within page designer, under Dialogs and the ‘Report Time Dialog’ this doesn’t seem like a possibility.This post discusses that custom field support isn’t possible in assistants, however is there another method of achieving this in Apps10 (Update 10 for us) such as a custom logical unit against the projection, creating a Group with these fields and adding that to the dialog?
