Can't print crystal report on IFS9

after replaced computer, can’t print shop tag card.

Error message as below.

Crystal Report Windows Forms Viewer
Failed to load database information.

Hi,

It’s not clear what Compter you have replaced when you say “after replaced computer”. It can be the database, Crystal Web Service etc.

By looking at the screenshot , it looks like the tns entry in the tnsname.ora file is pointing to the different database, maybe the old computer or it can’t be accessed. This can also mean the password specified for ifssys is incorrect. Also, it can be that all the prerequisites are not met (e.g. Java).

Hi, 

Thank you for your reply, 

after replaced computer mean install std software on new computer that replace the old one.

the process to install is included installation OracleClient.

anyway, for your suggestion about tnsname.ora is pionting i will check.

thank you for your hint, I’ve checked.

user doesn’t have permission to access Oracle folder then can’t find  tnsname.ora.

after grant permission the system work well.
