How can we define a Minimum Order Quantity per sales part and per customer?

Community, Wondering any tricks for PMRP. We are on APP10 Upd 9. I created a simple project with only one activity (its finish date is far away in Dec this year), then in this activity demand tab, i entered the Misc Demand a manufactured part. then i run the PMRP, I wish PMRP could like what we do in MRP, drill down to the bottom and have all the demand created with supply, but it only generated the current level, the top part shop order requisition, then nothing at all.the BOM is a simple BOM, just 2 levels, this part is a multi-site part, top part is manufactured in one site, and the kid is manufactured in another site, both sites are included in the site list of the project. anything I missed? why PMRP is not drilling down? thank you.

Question from my crew: is it possible to get the Sales Order PO on a Ship list? I cannot see the sales order added to the data query used for the report, but I may have overlooked something

In Aurena I noticed that I get an error when the alpha value of a part contains a '?’.Any idea if there are any other characters that can't be used?Before:Now trying to insert a ? at the end of the attribure value and pressing Save:Is this truely programmed as such?

Hi,Good Day.When creating a company using STD template on App10, the below error is coming.“ORA-20110: Resource.COMPSTRUCTEXIST: The default Resource Structure TESTXIT for the company cannot be created because there already exists a Resource Structure having the same Resource ID.”(SS) This is the company Resource Structure.  Tried to connect a resource and update the company, but error was still available.Kindly Assis on the above. Thank you.Best Regards!

Hi,We are getting a few users where Alliance has stopped working for them and all the usual tricks have not fixed the issue (clearing temp folders, deleting the files from %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Astea), so finally they have uninstalled Alliance which used to be the final fix but we are finding that some of them are unable to complete the installation fully. They have tried on IE11, Firefox, Edge, Edge in Internet explorer mode and even in one case changing their PC and still not able to install Astea Alliance.It is very possible that this follows the installation of recent Windows updates so I was wondering if anyone has seen similar issues and if they have figured out a way to deal with it?ThanksDesperate Chris

But the information I got from here didn't work for me or I couldn't. I updated the system parameters value. “Base path for Report Designer graphics on the application server”  For your evaluation; folder path and image file  IFS Report Designer and Set Background Image  Xsl View of the ReportBackground Image Path (everything seems fine)As I understand it, and probably "/report_designer_graphics/" will be replaced by our path above.  As a result, the background of the report has not changed. I have reviewed it many times; I don't know where I am doing wrong.  Regards,Barış

Hi all! I use IFS 8 now and have a Material Requisition question.One user create a line with Non-inventory part, part number 990001, in MR. He issued all other lines. Then find line with part 990001 is wrong and want delete this line. But can not delete it. Then he unissued all other lines. Try to delete this line. Can not delete it yet.Anyone can help me to delete this line or close the MR order? Thanks in advance!  

Hi all !I use IFS8 and have a problem now. Could you help me?One user keyin a error part number in Marterial Requisition. Part number is 990001 (non-inventory part) and supply code is purchase order.  User issued all other lines. Then find this line the part number is error. Now user can not delete this line. Then user unissue all lines. Still can not delete this line. And can not close this MR order. How to delete this line or how can I close this order?Thanks in advance!  

Does the .Net Print Agent support printing ZPL to Zebra printers?   We are  moving to IFS Application 10 Update 15.  We are using the java version of the print agent and Socket Server to print ZPL but we’d like to utilize the .NET Print Agents. 

Can the system be set-up for some users to be able to log into IFS on more than one device at a time? We are looking to be able to log onto multiple devices with 1 user account. For example, user logs onto a PC, then a portable tablet to move around a warehouse.

I have stock in Inventory part in internal order transit, the sender site has shipped and delivered the stock into Inventory part in internal order transit but before the incoming despatch advice was completed the purchase order was cancelled. this was all done on a distribution order. I have tried to do a RMA all seems to work until you go to return parts from internal transit where it just wont let you enter any details or quantities.any ideas? I’m happy to just count the stock off and and count back on in demand site but don’t know how. Dave

Hi,In the mobile app, we have a box in the bottom of the Home screen, with “Important information”. On one of the lines, it says “You have X overdue commitments!” When pushing the hyperlink on the commitments, the CommitmentList screen is opened, however, there are no values in that list.Is there any way to edit this “Important information” box?  Where is the “Overdue commitments” fetched from? Even though the technician has no assigned/commited tasks, there are still some overdue commitments.I saw a different case in the Community where it was referenced to some App Params, but as far as I can see from the documentation, these are only applicable for the “Important information” on the Overview-screen. 

Hi all, I am hoping to clarify an item regarding component qty per assembly in IFS Product Structures. In our environment, we laser cut sheet metal. When setting up the Product Structure, I was hoping to confirm that I am configuring them properly. Below is the current setup I am hoping to validate:Component part: Qty per Assembly - 3(lb)This is essentially the part weight (3lb). Reading the help, that is my assumption as to how it should be setup. I need 3lb of material to produce my part. 1lb of it is the scrap skeleton that is left over after laser cutting the part out.By-Product:steel scrap - 1(lb)This is the skeleton of the part that is left over. In total 4lb of material is used: 3lb is the part and 1lb is the scrap as a result of the laser process, which is then sold. Any guidance eon the setup would be greatly appreciated! 

Hi AllWe are upgrading from Apps9 to Apps10. We have around 400 users globally with roughly max of 250 at any point in time.With Apps9 we have a clustered Application server of two nodes, each node runs two managed servers (and a Admin server and http server), so that is four ManagedServers in total.For simplicity, we have decided to move away from the clustered setup. I am interested in anyone who has a Apps10 single node setup. How many ManagedServers run on your single node Application Server?ThanksMike
