Hi,This is about IFSCloudI cannot log in to IFS Aurena after a DB clone from TEST to PROD (PROD is not in LIVE yet).Passwords for TEST and PROD are different. Passwords reset in PRODLog in possible from SQLPLUS to PROD DB as ifsappThere are no locked accounts in PROD DB.But Im getting IFSCloud Aurena login error - Invalid username or password.All the pods are Running including IAM - 2/2I think I need to reset password in MT. Please suggest me on how to do it? Or else how could I overcome above IFSAurena login error? Please refer attachments for all the errors - IAM error, etc Thanks.

Dear community,if I try to approve an incoming customer order then I get the following error message. A default delivery address is defined for this customer. Does anybody have an idea?

HiIn EE it is possible to filter the fields in a LoV selector by a value in the main form using a SQL query search similar to the following:CUSTOMER_NO = i_hWndParent.frmOrderQuotation.dfsCustomerNoDoes anything like this functionality exist on Aurena yet?  The only way I have found is to click the Find button on the LoV and then search for the Quotation No in this example.  This is a number of extra clicks and will not be appreciated by our CustomersThanksGareth

Hi Experts, I need to trigger the custom mpm when the an external system sends an inbound message.I know that custom mpms can be triggered by using the UI designer/XML poster. If the outer system wants to trigger the custom mpm directly, is there a way to achieve that? Ex: http://hagilk0/DEMOFSMServer6_4/OData/perform_inbound_integrationouter system will trigger the mpm= perform_inbound_message and execute the query based on the code level.Can I use similar kind of logic to call the custom mpm message from outer system as inbound request? Thanks,Hasara

Hi all.Could someone help me to understand the answer_set logic?I have a MWO survey that has been answered 4 times in the same day by the same employee.But the answer set has repeated 2 times.If this logical is correct, How could I group a snwer set in this situation?I thought the logic was 1,2,3,4 At the end of the day, I need to create a quickreport setting a parameter with one of the answers like the example bellow.I’m using this way in the select to do this but considering the answer set.min(v2.item_description) over (partition by c.emp_no,  trunc(c.DATE_CREATED), c.answer_set ) as carTks a lot for help

Does anyone have any general information re Project Invoice. We have a project which will have numerous transactions to be billed, but it is not connected to a Sales Contract, so Application for Payment>Project Invoice will not be used.Previously we’ve just used Instant Invoices to raise invoices against ad-hoc projects, but wondering if there is a better way to manage this using the Project Invoice function? ‘Create Project Invoice’ only seems to pick up project transactions, not external costs?

For Shop Orders we have function “Mass update Shop Order structures” which you can use for component replacement in many Shop Orders at once. Do we have the same function for DOP Orders?

I have a client that would like to perfom the currency revaluation on their Income Statement accounts using an average rate for the month.  They plan to only enter rates once per month at the end of each month.  I created a new currency rate type (calling it average) that I was going to use for these accounts.  However, It appears that only Assets and Liability accounts can be revalued in the Accounting Currency (see below for message when entering a Cost account)  I have explained that IFS captures the rate as of the transaction date so the revaluation of the income statement accounts would not be needed if rates are entered daily, but they prefer to use the method they currently use, which is converting the Income Statement using the average rate for the month. Has anyone run into this issue or have any suggestions?
