Is there a way to automatically attach a document from Sales Basic Data/Order Type to a customer Order?  Any customer order line where I use a part attaches as expected, but not when the order type is entered into the customer order header.  Is this possible to do?  Either with a customization or standard functionality in IFS9?Thank You

I am using IE to create Lobby Elements for Aurena.  I am trying to create a Lobby Element for Active Work Orders that are 90 days or older.  The Actual Start date field in IE is REAL_S_DATE.The Actual Start Date field in Aurena is RealSDate In IE, on the Data Source Designer, I can set up Condition to beREAL_S_DATE < to_date ('#NOW#', 'YYYY-MM-DD-HH24:MI:SS' ) -90and it works in IE.  If I try to create the Lobby Element for Aurena using the same Data Source, I get an X.  How do I set up the Condition for Aurena?  Does the field name need to be changed to match the one is Aurena?  How do I search for Work Orders that are 90 Days or older on the Active Work Order screen in Aurena?Is this correct? Thanks,Gregg

Trying to change Priority on a Customer, we find that it gets reset to its previous value upon saving. This applies to both Astea Browser and Employee Web Portal - in our live envronment and UAT.No problem changing this on Contracts, Installed Items, or Service Orders, though

I am trying to understand where or how Aurena is deciding what to show in the search header fields.The reason is because I am trying to get the “Customer Name” search field to show up in the Business Opportunities search header and it is not in the “More” drop down menu.There is no actual column for the “Customer Name” in the business opportunity view. The customer name only shows up in IFS IEE Business Opportunity screen because it is a built in field that uses a function to retrieve the information.Is the only way to get a “Customer Name” search header field is to create it as a custom field in the Business Opportunity view? and if so, where do we find the section in Aurena that allows us to change the labels for these search header fields?Thanks for your help.

Greetings, IFS Community! Can HTML be used inside an ACTION TYPE email? => PLSQL can be used to accomplish this task. <=   However, my question is more focused on whether or not the EMAIL ACTION TYPE is capable of accomplishing this task.   As an example, the screenshot below shows the https or URL where user will need to click:  Is it possible to replace the entire URL with the word "MRB CASE" using HTML in order to hide the entire URL using the EVENT ACTION type EMAIL? Some of our users are getting a strange error when trying to RMB / Deliver on a Shipment.Has anyone seen this before or can provide any insight?  Looks like some kind of config tied to the employee (i.e. this works fine for some users but not others) and we’ve ruled out Permission Set security.ORA-20110: Voucher Type() is not related to function group (B) Apps10, SP9, using IEE. Thanks,Nick

Hello, We had to change the basic data for our internal supplier. In this case, 19060-KA used to be an internal supplier but is now just an external supplier.This had implications on our "Received - not yet invoiced" report as this receipt is now included in the report.Is it possible to use the Closed Date field to overcome this issue or does this lead to some other problems?Maybe there is a better way?Thanks,Golo

I also want to include the max qty  (order-up-to-level) on the report for the buyers.I haven’t found a place for the MAX QTY to be entered, but there is a field labeled “Max Lot Size” in Inventory Part/ Planning Data tab.Does anyone know of another place to enter the MAX (order up to ) qty?

I have a request from our back office: is it possible to change the title (and possibly content) of the service order report e-mails sent by SAs (from mobile). We would like to include the TAG from the serviced product - this is a request from some of our large accounts that gets tons of reports.

IFS Cloud - I am looking at a request to have a Functional structure and also a Location structure for assets. My pre-conception was that a Location Structure is a different view of the same assets based around a concept of locations. However, this looks to be wrong.  What is the functional purpose and use of a Location structure, that cant be better served utilising the Functional structure , possibly with connections, using map positions etc.  My expectation is that this Location structure will not be visible on MWO as I have not seen it there before.  Any examples of using a Location Structure usefully will be much appreciated.

Hello, Whenever I create a PM action, My maintenance Plan does not generate automatically, nor when I click regenerate.I am creating my PM actions with and without a Work Task Template. I can create Work Orders, but if I try to create more than one, it uses the same date range as the first WO.Any insight or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you, Gen

Do you use citrix, vpn, or some other technology, or are your servers on the internet? We are trying to plan our configuration and are looking to find out how others have theirs configured.

I am trying to change the data source of a BIRT report (e.g. rptdesign file used by assyst Report Wizard) from our on premise database to the cloud Saas Database, I was using Database URL “jdbc:sqlserver://W-99999-D5E:1523;databaseName=PDRPSQGCG;”and the connection was working fine.But now I was told to use “jdbc:sqlserver://cac-99301-axios.secondary.database.windows.net:1433;database=99301;” as an example but it fails the connection. I tried various combinations but still no success.IFS Support was not able to help other than we were able to test the connection tot he database using SSMS so all indication points to the BIST data source to be incorrectly specified.Does anyone have the proper info to setup the the connection?

We ship/deliver both inventory and non-inventory parts on the same order.  If we reserve a non-inventory part, is there a way to unreserve it?  We seem to be able to unreserve the inventory part, but not the non-inventory parts.
