Customer invoice report error

Barcode is missing after repositioning in report

Hi, I am trying to create a new layout for the report ‘Inventory Location No Barcode’. I am only changing positions and font size. Original Report Centered the Barcode and Location No Report with the new layout. The barcode doesn’t appear. Do you have any tips on how to overcome this. Thanks & regardsChaminda

Using ampersand , “&” in plsql as a character

Hi,I want to write a plsql script for a quick report with using ampersand symbol, “&”, as a character in the where clause in the code. But when run the report it gives me the error “Invalid member name.” How can I solve it? Thanks You

Customer Order Charges are not visible

Hi, I am having this issue:Charges are existing, but not visible. The right mouse menue is opening and at the bottom I can see the totals.The View and API rigths for CUSTOMER_ORDER_CHARGE are granted, but I have no clue, why the header and line with freight cost is not visible.Thank you for any input.Regards Martina

Invoiced Calls Disappearing From Dispatch

Example SV - SV2111120006Please investigate why calls are disappearing from dispatch console after they have been invoiced.I rely on visual history on dispatch console and I believe after last server reboot if a call is invoiced it disappears from dispatch console.In the attachment you can see call is visible that was completed in the morning today but after I invoiced it has disappeared.I invoiced the call to check this was causing the issue.

Part costing - incorrect cost buckets are added during part receiving

When a purchase order is received, cost bucket 110 is added automatically to inventory part unit cost although the unit cost previously contains for cost bucket 130 only.Is there a way to not add cost bucket 110 to unit cost when a purchase order is received?

Hi,Version 15.1 For a customer we need to use the following Charge windows - Mo to fr 06:00 Till 19:00 Regular Time Fix price Activity - Mo to fr 19:00 Till 24:00 Fix price Activity + 50% - Mo to fr 00:00 Till 06:00 Fix price Activity + 100% - Saterday 06:00 Till 24:00 Fix Price Activity + 50% - Sunday and hollidays 00:00 Till 24:00 Fix price Activity + 100% I added the activity to Activities Add-On Tab in Pricing Rule. The duration of this activity is 2 hours with a fixed price.I set the fixed price in Charge Windows Now i want to achieve the following We have multi Activities with different fixed prices, in Charge window you can only fill in 1 Fixe prices for all activities. Is there a way to set charge windows with multi activities with different fixed prices in 1 contract or is this only possible with 2 contract for the same customer? 2. When a activity starts in 1 charge window and ends in the 2nd charge window, it wil calculate as follow Total Price €648,

Automatic spread of reported hours out of mWO

If a user has a mWO task and starts it, there will be normally a completion on the same day or even the next day/week/month. When the user forgets to ‘pauze’ the task, it will lead to a lot of hours worked on the task.Massive number of hours bookedIn the example above I've completed a mWO task that was entered/started quite some time. In green I see at (1) that for Wednesday November 10th there are approx 1990 hours booked.Question: is it possible to spread the hours automatically (backwards in time) over the scheduled hours?Version 10.13..1360.0 is showing in mWO (Windows)

How to create an Archive Table( A_XXX) in FSM

Hi,Using Metadata we can add more Table in the Archive FSM Engine, also explained in the following post as well. My question is, at the same time it will not create the Database table. For example I added PRODUCT to the Archive engine using custom metadata but it will not create the A_PRODUCT table nor such table exist by default.How we define the Archiving table here and connect to archive engine or is there a simple way of doing this? Basic authentication with Boomi

HiI’m trying to connect ifs cloud with dell boomi. I tried to register a boomi component with basic authentication giving end point url, username and the password. But unfortunately authentication wasn't successful. Is there a specific setup needs to be done from IFS side? eg. setting up IAM client etc. If basic authentication is not supported in cloud please let me know the steps to authenticate my boomi component using oAuth? Error when closing the period in User Groups per Period Window

Hi All,We are getting this error ‘ You cannot change the status on this period 4 it exists in Period Allocation table’ when trying to close this period. We are getting the same error when we using IFSAPP credentials as well.Do you have any idea why this error coming and how to fix this?Please advise me.Thank you.
