Schedule button In Audit Queue in Webportal not present

Hi,

 

Is there a different setting to get the Schedule button on Audit Queue Module in Webportal?

(Also not available under Actions)

 

In Employee Browser the Schedule button is available.

 

Both screenshot is with the same account.

Hi Robin,

The Audit Queue Batch Scheduler was added to the Alliance product with v15.4 and not available in 15.3.  This is why you do not find the option Susie mentioned.  From the What’s New in 15.4 document.

 

There is currently not an option to schedule an audit queue batch from the Web Employee Portal in v15.3.

For scheduling, please use the ‘Audit Queue Batch Scheduler’ module instead.

Hi Susie,

 

We are on 15.3.0.4/5 and i cannot find this module, also not present in Security role setup.

 

Is there something i mis or it is not in this version?
