Is anyone aware of a way to Influence information pulled into assyst when Repeat Major Incident is used in assystNET. I am looking in particular at populating Reporting User (which is currently left blank).

This is not currently possible.
However there’s an idea opened for this functionality to be added, in the ideas area. If it’s something you would be interested in please give it an up vote.
