Crystal Report Customer Order Confirmation

We have our Customer Order Confirmations printing through Crystal Reports. We recently set up a new site. These reports are not showing any information for the new site when we print a confirmation. Is there something in IFS I could be missing for the site set up? Or is there a spot in IFS that tells Crystal which site’s are allowed for this? I looked at the crystal report file itself and it doesn’t seem to be doing anything with the site.

Hi @craryit,

Is the user running the report added to the new site?
So can the user see the data?
You can check e.g. by using “Sites per User”

The app owner account is showing the same as well.

That did the trick! I am not sure why but it set my previous post as the best answer.
