Can not delete person communication method records

Following error will pop up where deleting a record.

Hi @TopDeepaW , Kindly check the database Sessions window and see whether you can find any record related to the Person comm.method and also with ACTIVE/INACTIVE status.

Then you can RMB on the specific line and select Kill session.

Please make sure that you have chosen the correct record.

once the session is killed, you should be able to remove this line successfully.

could you check the tab General if the person is protected?

Can not delete using PL/SQL developer as well.
