We have recently upgraded to 22r2

Suddenly, today, we are unable to Start work on the mobile due to this error.

MWO appearance has also changed - it is as if it thinks all of our tasks are pickup tasks (we are not even using inventory).

Can anyone advise why we are seeing this

 

It’s due to an issue with custom fields in 22R2 (which has been fixed in later service updates). 

You can sort this yourself by following these steps.
 

1. Go to Entity Configurations and search for JtTask
2. Click on Additional Views and then click on Edit and approve JT_TASK_MOB_ALL
3. Synchronize the entity
4. Deactivate the app 

5. Connect again.
