In the standard process on Mobile 14.4.4.0, where an order is resolved at first visit, our engineer has to let the customer sign before he can complete his activity and resolve the order.

But if the engineer cannot solve the problem, the activity is fulfilled and based on the stop code a new activity is created to be dispatched again. Before the engineer can complete the activty, he has to let the customer sign.

But when the second activity is dispatched and the engineer completes his activity, the signature page pops up with the previous signature already filled in.

Can the signature page be empty for the second activty, so the customer sign again for the second visit because it is not always the same person ? (the first signature must also stayed attached to the order)

If I recall, collected signatures are registered against the service order, not the activity in your check lists.

Perhaps setting an activity checklist to capture just visit information and signature may work for you. But I am not sure what signature(s) will appear on the service order report.  It may only be the primary activity signature.
