Hi,

We have around 30-50 work task and want to assign different resources to each task , is there a shortcut for that ?

Can you clarify please: Is this FSM or IFS Cloud? Are you using PSO?

This is IFS cloud . No we are not using PSO . We have functionality where we can assign same resource to multiple task but we want to assign multiple unique resources to multiple task under same work order . how this can be achieved ?

Hi, Have you tried with using either the Dispatch Console or Allocate Resource functionality for assigning resources to Tasks on a Work Order? Any reason those options are ruled out in this case?

To get any task in dispatch console under unassigned list , resource group should be filled before that and on depulicating any task , this section dosen’t get duplicated (means filled) . So to reduce the effort of allocating multiple unique resources to multiple work task under same work order we want a approach where minimum effort is given to assign a task.

Hi,

 

If you are on the Work Task page and select the command “New Work/Copy Work Task” you have the option to include to copy the resource demands as well.
