IFS Cloud22R2 - MWO: viewing Push Notifications from the App

Hi All,

Is there a way to view Push Notifications received in the App itself later instead of going to Notification Centre in the device?
For example in Amazon App, you can view Push Notifications later by going to Notification Centre or going to the App and check Push Notification messages received.
Does IFS MWO Service App have the same capability of viewing Push Notifications inside the app without depending on the device Notification Centre?

Hi,

You can see the notification alerts sent from the back end in the Mobile Logs. Search for the text ‘Push Notification [%’ in the Mobile Logs screen in web and you can filter by app/user/device if you want. Please note those logs are cleared by a clean-up BG job. So what you see it limited to the time clean-up job runs. Default is 30 days.

@kathlk ,
Thanks a lot.

Actually I am investigating if it is possible to check Notifications from the App itself.
Scenario.
1. Engineer is working on Surveys and when clicking on ‘Next’ button in the survey, we can configure the survey to be saved in the back office.
2.When Survey is saved in the back office, a REST API will be triggered to a Third Party.
3.Once a response is received , a Push Notification is sent to the Engineer.
4. Depending on the time, Engineer may not see the Push Notification (specially if the device is with Windows OS).
If we can see Push Notifications in the App itself, Engineers can be instructed to check new Messages in the App rather than going to the Notification Centre.

Here Problem with the Notification Centre is, it has all Non MWO related messages and it is quite possible, Engineer refuses to check messages in Notification Centre as it is an extra work for him to filter messages.
