Hello, I am using IFS version 8. On some computers, when "view" is tried in the document management system, it throws it from IFS. Is anyone experiencing this problem. IFS closes on my computer with the same user, but not on my friend's computer.

I’m guessing the IEE crashes due to office upgrade or dll issues. Can you check the below article for solutions.
