Has anyone come up with good ways to enable alerts/notifications using the IFS Assyst Mobile App?
We have support personal who want to be alerted especially during off hours whenever a high priority incident or outage occurs. So, we want a push notification not simply that they check email on a regular Candance.

Push notifications in the IFS Assyst Mobile App are not currently available.
I believe this is a good suggestion for the ideas area! I would suggest raising this as an enhancement/ idea to be considered by the product team. This will also allow the customer community to see the suggestion and comment/vote on it.
