How would you set up emailing to notify a customer when a Business Opportunity or Sales Quotation has expired?
Any and all advise would be greatly appreciated.

How to email customer when Business Opportunity expires?
I ended up creating a custom event to trigger when a BO or SQ has been closed (status set to closed). Then I created an event action to send an email with custom attributes to get the contact and rep emails.
