Exporting data gets wierd format

Hi!

One user is tryying to export data in Excel from IFS but gets wierd format.

Not able to handle the data in this format.

 

Me on other hand, gets the data in correct format:

 


What can be the problem?

Hi

It’s difficult to tell without more information and it doesn’t look like your screenshots are showing the same data, but is it possible that there’s a mismatch in either date or number formatting due to different regional settings?

For example, is Excel expecting a period (dot) as the decimal indicator rather than a comma?

Hi! @MMcK yes, the problem were regional settings on the local computer.
