I am looking for help on the Report In wizard in the Aurena interface (Apps10 UPD 15). Essentially, I am looking for a configuration section to allow items to be removed. I have not found any and I am unsure if you can or cannot modify this wizard. Ideally I would like to exclude the Customer Signature section, as our techs do not support external customers. Any guidance would be appreciated!
