Single Select Fields on submission Form to be populated in Additional Fields or Runtime Parameters in Event Search

Any shared public custom field will be available as criteria in monitor queries. If the form you are using has custom fields that are backed by a public shared field it should be available. 

For clarity, a custom field is unique to a form instance, you use a shared field to group custom field with the same logical purpose for use in query profiles, column profiles and reports. See the documentation for more details.
