License error while installing Astea Alliance base version 14

We are installing the base version of Astea Alliance version 14 on the new development server.

during the installation, we are getting the error “Wrong Company Name or bad license file”.

We are using the same license file from our existing QA environment and the Company name uses the same as we have in Configuration Editor.

Could you please help me where we are making mistake on this step?

HI Firdosh,

Please review your license file.  Note there is a last installation date which it is likely you have already passed. When a license file is delivered, it usually is only valid for installations for one year.

It is not possible to modify the license file directly, a new one must be requested. If you need an updated license file, please contact your IFS account manager.
