Hello.

         I am unable to open customizer when ever I tried to open it it’s always give me this error

  • As the first step you can try clearing application launcher cache

what is the next step ?

  • Try to pen the customizer after clearing the cache 
  • If it did not work then, Go to “C:\Program Files\IFS assyst Application Launcher”
  • Right click on “settings.bat” file and click run as an administrator
  • Click on the first two check boxes as per in the screenshot and click “ok”
  • Try to open the customizer

 

it’s working on the server I need to open it on my PC

An HTTP 403 response is “forbidden”. Is your session still valid when you try to access the customizer? If it is, are there any restrictions on your network that might prevent you downloading Jar files? 

Issue related with the installed java virsion

resolved after install older virsion
