For audit purposes, is there a way to determine any Labour Row changes on ACTIVE JICs.  i.e. adding an additional Labour Row,  removal of a complete Labour Row, or removing of Certification/Inspection. Currently this detail is not shown on the Task History Tab. (8.3 SP5 u25.)Or is it possible using a Custom Jasper Report? If so which tables should be included.

We have encountered that the "Close Operation" option in "Shop Floor Workbench" is only working when performed by User Id: IFSAPP USER However, when same action is attempted using a different user ID, with same permission grants the action is blocked by the system (Error message states user has not been granted with required permissions

I’m using ETM 1.10.0 and assyst 11.8.4Within the ETM I want to have additional affected users added to an event after it’s created.  (We’re using the Destination process to feed details in the ETM after the event is created.)The mapper resource is set the Event, and I use ‘Record to Update’ to search for the event.  However, although the ETM datamapper gets the correct additional users to add, the result is always ‘No update needed’.This is the only update required on the mapper.  Is there something else I need to select, or some way to force the update, please?

Dear Team,Am having a question, where i ahve an attachments on my customer invoice screen but when i check the invoice voucher on the GL voucher row screen, i do not see the attachments from invoice. Is there a way to connect the attachments from invoice to voucher or any other options?Thanks in advance

We have reporting rules set-up to process individual payment advice prints.However, it appears that, when you make a BACS payment run, it doesn’t split the payment advice up into seperate Print Jobs. You just get one big file with all the suppliers details in. We want to e-mail each supplier their individually - has anyone had this issue/found a workaround/solution?

Hello IFS Community,I exported a layout from the IFS CFG environment on the Report Definition page. It’s a working layout that I previously modified and now need to update. However, when I try to open it in IFS Report Designer (connected to the CFG environment), the PDF does not open.I haven’t made any changes yet. Even when I try to open layouts that I had successfully modified before, the PDF still does not open.Has anyone experienced this behavior or know what might be causing it?As shown in the screenshot below, I am connected to the CFG environment. 

Hi all, I have a problem with time types and resource groups in IFS Cloud / MWO App.The Situation is, that we have one Resource Group, which contains all other Resource Groups of our different entities.The Reason is, that all resources need to be able to enter the time types in the MWO App independent on where they are in the world and which entity planned them. Now I have the problem, that not always the correct resource group is selectable in the MWO App. Sometimes its there and sometimes not. Independent of Task or Bundle Task or in which entity the resource is employed.For example 2 resources from the US, both working an Request Work Tasks, both identically set up.One can select the correct Time Types and one cant.Has anyone ever had similar issues?Thanks,Chris

Hello Community,I am experiencing an issue when trying to log in to the IFS Field Service Management (FSM) Smart Client on my Windows laptop.Steps to reproduce: Open Start Menu → Search for FSM. Launch the FSM application. Enter Person ID and Password, then click Login. A login window appears, but after submitting credentials I receive an error: "The requested operation could not be completed due to a file system limitation." Clicking on Details shows a log with technical information (I can provide a screenshot or full text if needed). My environment: Device: LAP-1023-01 (x64-based) Processor: Intel Core i5-1235U (12th Gen, 1.3 GHz) RAM: 16 GB OS: Windows 11 Pro, Version 24H2, Build 26100.6584 Installed: 17 Sept 2025 FSM Client: Smart Client (latest available version) Problem:The login fails every time on this laptop. The same FSM user account works fine on other machines (both Smart Client and Web Client). The issue only started after upgrading to Windows 11 Pro 24

Hello I would like to setup payment terms such that the due date is 95 days after the end of month of receipt of invoice. So for example, if the invoice date is September 14, then the due date is 95 days after September 30.   Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Hi.There’s an existing thread on this with a fix here, but following it I was unable to get the migration job working and I’m still receiving the same error. We’re aiming to update only the CODE_F field with a migration job, but running the MIGRATE_SOURCE_DATA job after the CREATE_TABLE_FROM_FILE results in the ORA-20111: Site.NOTEXIST2: The Site object does not exist. error for every line in the file. As  mentioned in the post above, I’ve attempted to add the CONTRACT field into the file mapping, but sadly it has not solved the issue. Any help here would be appreciated.

When I add a Technical Class in the Attachments Characteristics for an order or object, I can only get to the attributes by clicking on the button Attributes in a Card view. Is there a way to see the attributes in a table or list view without having to click on the button?  On the Execute Task Steps screen, the steps can be viewed as cards, in a table or in a list. I would like to be able to view the technical attributes in a table or list.

Usually when we have a Child / Parent relationship, the child places the order and receives the goods, but the invoice states the parent name as they will pay and the credit limit is held at the parent for the total group. Is there a way in IFS to have, the child place the order and receives the goods, the invoice states the child name as they will pay, but the credit limit is held at the parent for the total group.

Hi  when looking to add objects that are missing from the PM Program the list includes serial objects that are scrapped, if they are scrapped they are not eligible to be included but you only know they are scrapped when you have got to the point of adding them in, which is a waste of time. Is there a way to remove from the list altogether or at least identify them so you don’t try and add them in and have users waste precious time? 

Hello,I’m trying to duplicate parts to create them into another site (contract) of my company.It’s part of a workflow which automatize unballasting between our main site to sub site.I tried to use CopyPart projection in API calls (type call or create), InventoryPartHandling, but it doesn’t work.The function (invoke) DefaultCopy used from the inventory part webpage to “duplicate” is not available in projection API so I don’t know how to process.Right now, I fetch the entity element I need from API call then I create a new entity element with it.But for inventory part for exemple, I got 90+ fields to fill.I don’t think this is the good solution and a real copy function should exist, but can’t find it, or make it work (Copypart.svc) ?Thank you

Hi,Is there a functionality in IFS to check credit control on group level?For example Customer IDs are global and it can be assigned many companies in same group. The customer can have a credit block in one company due to credit limit. But still another company will be selling without considering that the customer is credit blocked in one company. Is there any functionality check credit control in group level across companies?ThanksGayan

Hi, in the setup "prompt (Services)", if the parameter "Enable Use of Obsolete Products" is switched OFF then if the user wants to add an obsolete product in a Demand Material of a service order, Alliance send him a message that he can’t use an obsolete product. When the user add a new Demand Material in a Service order and he enters the beginning of a product Id in the “Product Id” field, Alliance shows obsolete and non obsolete products. Is there a way to eliminate those obsolete products directly in this list showed to the user ?Thanks by advance

From a Business Opportunity (BO) we create a Sales Quotation (SQ) with the “New Sales Quotation” button in the header.Then I create a SQ Line with a value of 100 EUR and in the linked BO, a BO Line is also created with a value of 100 EUR.Now we have the behavior that when we delete the SQ Line in the SQ, the BO Line is not touched. Even more strange it then the fact that when you create a new SQ Line in the SQ, we end up with 2 BO Lines in the BO, both connected to the same SQ.Anybody knows the business case of this behavior or knows a way to suppress this behavior?With kind regards,Sven Audenaert

In APPS10 there is a Received - Not Yet Invoiced report.  I have searched and this report should be in IFS Cloud but I am not able to find it.  I understand it may be under GNRI or Goods Received Not Invoiced but I am not finding those either. Where is this report in IFS Cloud?
