If the source document has a connected electronic document file, that electronic file is copied to the new revision. The Copy Original Document button copies the following data to the new document revision:Where does the user have the option to “copy those documents and add them to the new package as new document titles and revisions”? Where is this Copy Original Document button? 

Hi, I want to be able to raise a “fixed price” Request in IFS Cloud. “No matter how much labour or materials are consumed on a Request, customer will only pay “£XXX”. The options I can see are as follows: Create a Request with a Price Rule that contains a Fixed Price Line - is it then possible to amend this Fixed Price amount?  Create a Request Quotation and add a fixed Price Line. Process request from Quotation. This seems slightly lengthier than the above process. If possible I’d like to skip the quotation process all together and simple raise a fixed price job. ThanksTom

We have recently upgraded from 24R1 to 25R1 and noticed an unexpected behaviour related to pre-postings.Our WO have 2 code parts While we get the 3 other code parts from the object. Quite often users change the code parts for some of the tasks in the WO (other purpose and financial project)We have now noticed that when others later add a priority or updates the task with additional long description on the task the pre-postings are changed back to the values from the WO...  This is causing a lot of frustration or us for the moment.Does anyone know if there is a system parameter we can change to avoid this behavior?

Is there a way to auto approve the time entered by FSE in the tasks? We want it to certain technicians.

There is a requirement of showing the capacity drop in the resource analysis window, when an employee is on leave. As shown in the screenshot, when the employee working full 8-hour days, the capacity line appears flat. When employee work partial hours (for example, only 5 hours), the capacity line drops accordingly, reflecting the reduced hours. Similarly, if an employee apply absence on any working day, the capacity should drop to zero (0) hours. How can we build this connection between employee absence and capacity in resource analysis in IFS cloud application? Appreciate your support. Environment: IFS Cloud 25R1I am unable to remove or hide the new toggle button from the Assistants. There is no corresponding Assistant page available in Page Designer, so I am not sure how to control this element.Could any expert please guide me on how to achieve this?Problem description:In the Lead screen, under the Involved Parties tab → Contacts, when users click the “+” Add Contact button, the new toggle button appears. I need to hide or remove this toggle button from the page.Please refer to the attached screenshots for reference. looking for solution or any workaround method for the same.  

I am having a project deliverable structure as below.[level 1]: material project deliverable item connected to a manufactured inventory part with MRP code A [level 2] : non material project deliverable item connected to a manufactured inventory part with MRP code P (or K) and engineering phantom part with MPL part value "no demand"  [level 3] : material project deliverable item connected to a purchased inventory part When I create the shop order for [level 1], the components are correctly fetched from the phantom parts but - again - the phantom part n° is not displayed on the shop order material line.In this case, the phantom part exists as an inventory part, so why isn't it working?

Hello,I have a Shop Order that I can’t close due to an error in costs.I notice that I had a product that was issued first and it was set by mistake as ‘Zero cost only’, then we notice and change it to ‘Zero Cost Forbidden’.Then we make an unissue and issue again, but it has costs already.Do you have an idea how to solve this?

Hello Community!I’m writing today because I have noticed that, when I attempt to migrate Posting Control headers (POSTRING_CTRL) using Data Migration Manager, nothing seems to be migrated even though the tool seems to disregard or swallow the exception preventing the row to be inserted. Let me describe my problem in detail, hopefully you have seen this before:I tried to create an Inventory Positing Control for Location Group. That is, posting Type M1 (Inventory) and Control Type C83 (Location Group). Hello, I am a new partner of IFS and I need to work on quick reports for which I need to access the IFS Cloud Database for my PL/SQL developer. From what I have understood so far is that I need to request the password for the Accounts: IFSAPP or IFS DBREADONLY for which I have to raise a ticket, but I am not quite sure where do I raise the ticket. It would be very helpful to me if anyone can give me clarity on the whole process regarding the access.

Hello,I need to assign multiple Contact Users (for example, 10 users) to the same Item.I have checked assystETM, but I could not find a direct or standard way to bulk-assign users to an Item through ETM.Is there a supported approach in assystETM to handle this use case, or is it recommended to use another method (API, import, or integration) for assigning multiple users to an Item?Thanks in advance.

Hello, I want to use the functionality ‘Process ID’ on Business Opportunities. If I am correct there is a Validation/Approval functionality which I would like to use. But I am unable to set up the basic data. Here is the issue: I cannot setup the Default Process in CRM and SRM Basic Data. When I save the record I get the Error Message ‘The Rm Proc Process does not exist’. I am also unable to set up a Sales Process Template and Sales Process because there is no Process ID. Anyone who is familiar with this setup and who can help me out?

Hi all,anyone has an idea how to setup table relationships for PART_NEED.PLACE_ID_FROM lookup in DebriefPartNeeds. The lookup should show:place.place_idplace.namelocation.locationlocation.description the filter should be:PERSON_PLACE.place_relationship like 'C_ORDER_FROM%' How to setup the connection of PERSON_PLACE to PERSON AND LOCATION? The lookup in PART_NEED.PLACE_ID_FROM should show these 2 places/locations (in the box)  This is the setup I have done.   This PERSON_PLACE and LOCATION relation maybe wrong.  :-)How to setup the correct one? The filter:  Cheers,~Juni  

After creating a custom attribute for an entity, it is required to enable History Log for that. For that following steps were followed. Test Plan:Create a “Custom Attribute” in the "PurchaseOrder" entity and publish it. Open the "History Log Configuration" page and search for Lu Name "=PurchaseOrder". Observe that only one entry is shown with Table Name "PURCHASE_ORDER_TAB". Expectation:Expects another entry - "PURCHASE_ORDER_CFT", so can enable logging on custom attribute. This used to work in IFSAPP10. See following attachment.  But in IFS Cloud, it doesn’t seem like above. See following attachment.

I have created a singlestep and there is a requirement to autorestart the assistant after executing the Ok command.But there is an issue with the autorestart functionality.I do the following in my Ok command, where I execute function and get the output assigned to a structure.As long as I don’t use the structure variable to assign attributes, as in above, the autorestart is working as expected.But as soon as I put below highlighted code to assign the output value to my desired attribute, the autorestart does not work anymore. I tried to avoid structures as a variable and directly call functions and assign the relevant attributes with the output. But when there are multiple call statements, again the autorestart does not work. Is there a solution for this?
