Hi, Is there anyone has experience with customers’ LTU licenses for IFS Cloud? Based on IFS standard documentation, to enable user consume LTU license, only by connecting the users to LTU permission sets. But when customer purchase LTU license on IFS cloud, there is no LTU permission set available to chose from. Where could customer / partner get the LTU license for IFS cloud? and how to enable it when available? Thanks, Sutoto

The context for this inquiry is a close partner/supplier who uses Kafka as a message broker, and they have a desire to use it to send and recieve event information for events that should be mirrored in their ITSMs and our Assyst without also having to set up a Kafka REST Proxy unless absolutely necessary.AssystETM utilizes ActiveMQ as its message bus and can be set up to consume messages from other ActiveMQ message buses than the dedicated assyst one. However, a pull based message broker such as kafka does not seem to be mentioned in the wiki.I don’t have high hopes this is possible out of the box as of now, and it sounds ill-advised for us to try adding a Kafka client OSGi bundle to IPaaS ourselves😅. Hi,We have a custom enumeration that’s been updatable but now also needs to be insertable; it seems like every other DB option is editable except for insertable. Are we stuck now that this was already created? I tried disapproving/unpublishing, no luck.  

When a manual supplier invoice has a different amount from the PO, we currently enter a manual line on the invoice for the difference.  Is there a way to automatically make the difference between the PO and the Supplier Invoice automatically create a line?  If so, how could I set that up?

Has anyone ever seen a BPA validation observation throw the error, but the IFS user interface not register it?  This was working properly and stopping the release of the Sales Quotation header until I updated the JavaScript to also check an additional custom field. It was already checking oob fields and a custom field. Any ideas on what the cause might be, would be appreciated.   

When attempting to delete a supplier with an existing object connection to an approval routing, the associated approval line remains in the system. Consequently, users cannot delete the workflow through the Approvals window. Steps to Recreate the Issue:01. Navigate to Object Connections and add an approval routing for 'SupplierInfoGeneral' Logical Unit. Go to the Supplier window, create a new supplier, and add a new approval setup. [Note: A new approval line will be created automatically.]02. Delete the newly created supplier.03. Navigate to the Approvals Window and approval line is still available. Can anyone please assist in finding the reason for this?

Hi Experts,I get this fail transaction if I create an additional work from a request task using option ‘Request additional work that needs to be done’. I use copy task detail option as well.It is not clear how to refresh map positions in back end. I refreshed the relevant tasks but still cannot get rid of the fail transaction. Hello Community,We have a scenario where a Shop Order with a lot size of 100 pcs is scheduled using APB.For Operation 10, all 100 pcs are planned to be completed in 21 hours.Considering an 8-hour workday, the operation 10 would take roughly 3 days to complete.My question is: Where in IFS Cloud can we see the per-day planned quantity for such operations?I am looking for a way to monitor the breakdown (e.g., daily planned output) instead of only seeing the total planned hours or duration for the operation.Any guidance, best practices, or navigation tips would be highly appreciated. ​@Björn Hultgren ​@matt.watters would appreciate your input.

In 25R1, when we define the Service Notes in Request the same is not flowing to Request Work Tasks. can any one know about this ?

Issue Description : Activity Details Disappear  After  opening  the Project Scope and schedule  Steps to recreate the issue 1. Navigate to  Project Management >Plan and Execute> Activity - Activity Details  - Dropdown option is available for Setup Parameters, Material and Services, Resource Planning and Monitoring  2. Navigate to Project Management > Plan and Execute > Project Definition -  From project details go to Scope and schedule  3 Activity Scope and Schedule > select Activity 4. Now Navigate to  Project Management >Plan and Execute> Activity - Activity Details is not available.

For example, Context A has been configured on the Customer Order screen, and we would like to duplicate it along with all its existing configurations. After duplication, we can give it a new name and make only the minor required changes, instead of creating a completely new Context B and configuring it again on the same page, which can be very time-consuming.Would appreciate any advice or guidance from the experts on this.Best regards,

I’m also facing a similar error – “too long” – when trying to log in with the same credentials provided for the dev environment.  Hi!The requirement is to display the absence hours in the ‘Activity Load Details’ in the “Resource Analysis” page (See screenshot 1) when an employee records absence using ‘Attendance Hours’ in the “Time Registration” window (See screenshot 2). When using the “Time registration” window to record absence, it picks ‘Wage Type’ and ‘Wage Code’ not the absence type. However, would like to know how this connection is built and what are the basic data that we must review to ensure the connection. Hi,Customer needs to analyses material, labour and OH cost in project connected shop order separately in the project monitoring. So, I followed below steps in 25R1 environment. Create the posting cost group as Labour, Material and OH and connected to respective cost bucketConnect 3 WIP GL accounts for M40 posting using control type posting cost groupThen create the shop order connecting to project and release the shop order. Then it appears cost breakup correctly in Project monitoring pageScreen Preview 1 - Shop Order is in Planned Status Screen Preview 2 - Shop Order is in Released Status However, once I close the shop order all cost shown under one cost elementScreen Preview 3 - Shop Order is in Closed Status Is there any additional setup that we need to do or is this the normal system behaviour?Appreciate if anyone can give insight on this Best RegardsNarmada 

Hello!I have made a custom field/custom attribute which is editable and required on page purchase requisition (Entity: PurchaseRequisition). I want the same field on the purchase order page (Entity: PurchaseOrder), but as an uneditable reference to the connected purchase requisition.Both entities are able to host custom fields, and I understand that I must make some sort of read-only custom field on purchase order page as well, but I am lost with regards to what reference option/statement I should use.Can anyone help?

We are trying to migrate Open stock  which I am trying to do using migration job , the data is loaded successfully and can see it under “Inventory Parts in Stock “, what are the next steps to transfer the balance to GL please? I am trying “ Transfer Inventory Transactions “  option but I can’t see any transactions generated ,is there a step in between I am missing here to generate the inventory transactions so that they can be transferred to GL? I can’t see any data under Inventory transaction history as well so looks like I am missing a step here

We are running IFS Applications 10 Update 27 and I would like to grant read access to Application Messages for finance to be able to see what messages has failed. I expected to find it as an Activity in the Permission Set, but was not able to find it.
