Dear Community,  We are using MHS invoices between our entities in the last 5 years, without any major issue un our IFS Apps10 UPD 21 version. But it looks the messages stuck in Released status form 15th of October. Unfortunately the RMB functions are not available, and not sure what is the reason. I found this community thread, but that did not help to our issue: Why are outbox messages stuck in Released Status ? | IFS Community We didn’t change anything in the settings:    Do you have any idea how we can restart the process of Connectivity Outbox Messages?  Thank you very much in advance for any idea. Kind regards, Balazs

Hi All,Can we get list of parts picked in a shop order picklists. My customer is using pick by choice so ideally serials or lot batches in the pick list might be changed when picked.  Customer is using wadaco for picking. They expect to generate a printout on what picked. Is there any way that I can get what got picked for the shop order.for customer order pick lists we have a separate window “Picked pick lists” but nothing available for shop orders.Any ideas on how to get this please. Thanks,Chamath

If "IAM Session and Tokens Configuration" "Sessions" and "Session Idle" of IFSCloud are changed to "62Minutes" and "Session Max" to "64Minutes"  logging in from 1, "Session Idle" is "62Minutes" and "Session Max" is "64Minutes" for logging in from 1, but they are not relevant for logging in from 2. Is the recognition correct?In the article "KB0065296", the following is described as "SSO_" as in "SSO_SESSION", but I would like to confirm that it has nothing to do with logging in from 2. "KB0065296"IFS Product - Not possible to alter the system parameter "Time a session is allowed to be idle before it expires"SSO_SESSION_IDLE - Time a session is allowed to be idle before it expires.SSO_SESSION_MAX - Max time before a session is expired. 

Hello, I created a custom event that triggers on add, update, and delete. This custom event calls a workflow, and when creating a new work task, I get this error. I no longer get an error if I modify the event to trigger only on creation, but having both creation and update enabled at the same time causes issues.

Hi everybody,in IFS10 we have scheduled task to calculate purchase costs (latest purchase cost).   How to set it up in IFS Cloud?I tried to set it up, but I don’t know the syntax for ATTRIB_ parameter in IFSCloud. When I copy the argument from background job (when you run it manually), it doesn’t work. I am aware of other ticket saying it is not possible even in APPS10, but it definitely works, so I just want to double check. Thansk a lot.Jan

HelloThis is in 24.2.5Looking to create a very simple custom field on the Manual Reservations For Shop Order Material Line Details tab. I'm wanting to add Unit Cost from Inventory Part In Stock where lot/batch's match.The entity on this page is ShopMaterialAllocSinglUtil, but that doesn't exist in the entity configurations. Which entity should I be adding the custom attribute to? This is the page I want to add a custom attribute:

We have a scenario where we would like to add a service automatically to a service order if the SA adds a specific product. Doing thsi with Problem Code backoffice works fine for PMs and UMs, but sometimes a customer may request a product that is not originally on the order. The SA will then have to add both a product and a service, but we would like this to be added automatically (to avoid potential loss of revenue).

Hello,We are setting up the product estimator and noticed that when an existing part is added, or a new part created, it is not possible to add by-product information in the estimate/estimate item. If a new part is created in the estimator, and an existing part product structure is copied into it, the information also does not seem to port over.Does anyone know if this is a limitation?

After terminating and subsequently rehiring an employee, users encounter the error “Employee is not valid” when attempting to report time transactions. Additionally, the employee does not appear as an available option under the Assignee field in work tasks.What could be causing this issue? Could you please advise?

Hi Heros,I can see at “apps for page designer” on IFS CRM Companion the option  SCAN NEW CONTACT, but when open the CRM Companion app, the option does not exist. Do you have any Idea how to enable the option in the app?IFS Version: 25R1 

Hello wonderful IFS Community!I had a question come up that I wasn’t able to answer - Where is the folder structure for the IFS Cloud middletier stored at on the Ubuntu server? I poked around the /home/ifs directory, but nothing really seemed to be stored there except for some configuration files. I also looked under /etc, but didn’t find anything that was what I was searching for.Many thanks, and feel free to respond with any clarifying questions, should they be needed.Regards,Randy

Users now have to toggle on the “Send Email” toggle when emailing a PO.This wasn't the case in 23R1, but in 23R2, they have to do this, and do it for every PO. This has caused the team to miss/forget to toggle it.Can this be enabled to be on by default? 

My company uses team structure, and currently has Priority to Team and Supervisor Setup and access is based on Team and Supervisor Setup, I would like the HR team members to access all employees and be able to approve and authorize employee time,  I can add their records as indirect supervisor under Supervisor section of Employee file and give access but there are around 1000 employees, Is there are any other ways to do it easily?

Hi all I have a small concern regarding lobbies permission!In permission set, how we can revoke only one lobby?!I can see revoke all button even if I select 1 lobby and if I click the “Revoke All” button, whatever lobby I added for the permission set, it is revoking all. Best Regards,Vishal J

  Hello,I need some help, we have set up the % tolerance for invoicing which works very well for non-stocked items, but I can't get it to work for Inventory part? Is this the reason for a stored item in the PUMP? Is it necessary to make additional settings or not? Thank you for your help.

Hi, We have a customer who has 800+ line items in the Project Deliverables Material Plans. When executing "Create Supply Request" for the total line items below error pops up.IFS Web Version: 24.1.14.20250702093228.0Date: 2025-10-06T03:25:57.448Z --------------------------------------------------------------------------- DeliveryStructureItemExecutionHandling/ItemDetails (server error)Database error occurred. Contact administrator.Error details: [{"code":1460,"message":"ORA-01460: unimplemented or unreasonable conversion requested"}]But when we execute it in two batches (350,450 each) the error is not there and Supply Requests are created without any errors.Is there a limitation on how many line items can be converted at one go? Any experience in handling large number of Material Plan line items?

Hi Guys,I am in cloud version 25.1.1I am seeing this behaviour in the Inventory transactions history. I can see some Handling units ID s are visible for OESHIP transactions but some Handling unit ID s are not visible. Seems these are grouped based on the part and the lot batch numbers.If I select the dropdown for the lines that Handling unit ID is not visible, all the handling units that shipped from the part and lot batch is visible in there. I think IFS sort handling units from Source ref, part and lot batch number. But If I query for that handling unit ID, OESHIP transaction is not coming up.My client is always use handling units for shipping and previous versions I was able to query from the Handing unit ID and search for OESHIP transaction specifically.Was this a design change comapred to APP10. Lot of my reports are also depend on the Handling unit IDs in Inventory Transactions History . Any workarounds for this? I saw there is another page called “Inventory transaction history d

Hi,For a product with a purchase price of 0,5 EUR each, our customer has negociated with his supplier to purchase 19800 units, with a 55% dicount only for this product, for a total line price of 4455 EUR :19800 * 0,5 * 0,45 = 4455 EUR, so 19800 * 0,225 = 4455 EURBut with only 2 digits authorized in a PR line cost, if we use 0, 23 instead of 0,225 the result is 4454 EUR and if we use 0,24 instead of 0,225 the result is 4752 EUR. In both cases the result is wrong. Do you know a way to use 3 digits in a PR line coste or another solution to obtain in our case the right total amount ? NB. The customer doesn’t want to create a purchase requisition line with  198 units, with 2,25 EUR each and using UOM “ten” (so the total = 4455) because this has no sense tu use the “ten” uom for their PR. Thanks by advance
