Error message in Time Registration Grid View IFS Cloud

After an update last November some of our users get an error message when trying to register absence, saying “cannot register absence as there is not enough space in the schedule”. Even though there is sufficient hours left in the schedule.

Other employees on the same schedule are able register same absence without an error message.

Any experiences or idea on this? Or is it a bug?

This was a bug, not sure which version you’re currently using but this is the version the support team told us the fix was released in.

IFS Fixed Versions:
• 24.1.19 – 24R1 SU19
• 24.2.13 – 24R2 SU13
• 25.1.7 – 25R1 SU7
• 25.2.1 – 25R2 SU1
