HelloI try to import via Unused Absence Limit import a file for absence limit and I've got an error message. Can someone help me please ? do I need to raise a case ?     

Hello,I am just struggling to find the correct API for changing the state in routing alternate.  I just installed the extensino IFS cloud web devtools, but I don’t know where to look in there for called API’s??? Please help.

Hello everyone, An issue appeared on one of my environment when I try to create resource connections :As you see, there is no connections for this resource but this message is displayed. This was working fine last week, and I don’t know what happened. Do you have an idea ?Thanks, Simon

Hello to all,we are going to update from 23R2 SU17 to 25R1. Now we have a fresh 25R1 installation, and we are testing it on our data. We know resource assignment has been made more flexible, apart from the person resource type, the other resource types are supported in 25R1 and can be assigned to a project activity.To date, our users have utilized the Project Employee Allocations screen to manage these allocations. Now we can see that the Project Employee Allocation screen is discontinued. The same is true with the Resource Shift Pattern Mapping page.Are there any replacements for these two screens in 25R1?Thank you very muchBest regardsAntonin

Why is the production line connected to the calendar as it is already set up for work center? What would happen if I put an “empty calendar” for the production line and the right one is correctly connected for the work center? Could not find this field to activate history loggin.

As you can see in the picture below, i am logged in the create user view, and i m modifying a user file, the debug console remains empty although i am logged with IFSAPP user.It woks fine on the other standard views, only the admin related views are “Protected”. System Info does not provide any information as well …What exactly is the logic here ? I am super admin, why i can t see the details of the views ? I need this information to get the API for creating events and PL/SQL codes. When i checked on IFS Cloud, this limitation does not exist. So is there something i did not activate properly ? 

Hey everybody, I am facing a problem with Excel Add In in IFS Cloud. The search functionality has changed from Apps to Cloud. Eg “%” or “;” doesn´t work anymore (at least it seems). Is there any documentation about search possibilities that can be used? Is there a possibility to use SQL statements in the search bars? Thank you in advance, Johannes

I'm getting an error ORA-20115: OrderCoordinatorGroup.The "Co-ordinator group" has already been removed by another user. This happens when I save the customer order page, but the data in the database isn't actually deleted because on the purchase order page I can still create a PO using the same Coordinator. What else could be causing this? And how can I debug this issue? Please give me some advice. CO errorPO

Hi,We are about to Go Live with IFS Cloud in July and users are now noticing that they can connect a non-invnetory part to a shipment.In Apps 9 we have always kept a ‘Dummy Part’ (non inventory sales part) as per IFS advice back in 2002 to keep the customer order open as it is linked to schedules. This method has worked very well until now when the user can see all these non-inventory part order lines and potentially attach them to the shipment.Is there a way to stop non inventory sales parts from showing as connectable to a shipment? The shipment type is NA, not automatic.

Hi,IFS Cloud 24R2. We have main warehouse and secondary (department) ware house. In maintenance secondary warehouse is alway used to issue materials. But reservation happens on main warehouse instead of secondary warehouse. Is there a way to set up reservation default warehouse for maintenance?Availability control doesn’t help.Thanks in advance.

Hello,We are currently using IFS Applications 10.During data migration, we manually entered quantities in the Receive Inventory Part window to update stock for various parts. However, by mistake, we increased the quantity for a wrong part.Could anyone please guide us on the correct steps or process to reverse or correct the wrongly added inventory quantity?

Hi, I have a rental posting with error NOTBALANCED: This accounting is not balanced. This is for posting M217 - Rent In Accrued Cost Inv. I would expect to see M218 here, but doesnt look like that was created. I cannot view the associated Rental Transaction as when navigating through using the button, no data is found (which I havent seen before)Any ideas what causes this? or how I can trace this back? The only information from the line I can maybe use is the Project IDAny guidance would be appreciated

Why our Part cost are not accurate on shop order backflush? It seems that our part cost are not updating correctly on our shop orders. What cost field is pulled for an inventory part on a shop order?How does the Latest Purchase Price get updated on Inventory part? Is it automatically done or is there a process that needs to run? 

Is it possible to extract the values from the PARAM_NAME column in the PROCESS_PARAM_PERFORM_VAL table? The FSM information log references this table, but I’m unable to extract it using Import/Export or the SQL Query Tool.The same happens with the COLUMN_NAME_TO_SET field in the PROCESS_PARAM_COLUMN_VAL table. Can anyone help me with this information?

Dear Community,  We have in issue with Apps10 Projections, and maybe some of you faced the same issue previously. We did the following tests:Boomi connection to int API (“…/int/ifsapplications/projection/v1/AllProjections.svc/Projections(ProjectionName='PurchaseOrderHandling'”) => works well Boomi connection to main API (“…/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/AllProjections.svc/Projections(ProjectionName='PurchaseOrderHandling') => failed Postman connection to int API (“…/int/ifsapplications/projection/v1/AllProjections.svc/Projections(ProjectionName='PurchaseOrderHandling'”) => works well Postman connection to main API (“…/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/AllProjections.svc/Projections(ProjectionName='PurchaseOrderHandling'”) => failed Worked with Postman: Failed in Boomi: Failed in Postman:  Previously we had an other test environment and we didn’t realize the same issue.  Do you have idea what could be the issue? Thank you very much in advance for all of your thoughts!
