Hello team,I'm building a workflow and while doing so, I was testing the process partially, meaning I built part of it and without providing the ending to the process I ran the test to see how the event and its details are created and populated. Unfortunately, as I did so without end of process, currently I am unable to close those event as action "Close" is not available in my actions list.   Could you help how to solve this and close those events? What is the Close action dependent on to allow user to close the event? What are the conditions for Closing the Event? And what are general conditions on the system actions whether they are available or not?Thank you very much in advance for your help.

Dear allWe experience large amount of trace logs since upgrading Oracle from 19.26 to 19.29.Within 24 hours we used to have something around 200 to 300MB. Now we are at 5 - 6 GB per day.IFS / Oracle case so far recommended to add this parameter:Disable these warnings entirely by setting parameter _kgl_large_heap_warning_threshold to 0.alter system set "_kgl_large_heap_warning_threshold"=0 scope=spfile ;alter system set "_kgl_large_heap_assert_threshold"=0 scope=spfile ;this has decreased it to roughly 1 GB per day, which is still rather large.Anybody experiencing the same issue?

Hi All, Normally the resource costs are defined in resource groups as standard hourly costs. But there is another place where cost details are entered. That is scheduling resource types.  Are the costs entered here are only for scheduling purposes? Or are these costs override resource group costs? TIA.

Dear All,How can you match a customer payment that's give in a CAMT.053 file when no Bank account is given? A customer of mine received a CAMT.053 that contains a customer payment See below. We are encountering a situation where a specific Customer Order Type (COM) seems to be forcing all associated Purchase Order Lines to 100% discount. When the discount is set back to 0%, it automatically updates in the background back to 100%. At first, i assumed this was custom functionality in our instance, but i’ve been unable to find any custom events or workflows that are triggered on PurchaseOrderLine or PurchaseOrderLinePart. While in theory this makes sense (Commission orders having 0 cost), I can’t seem to find any place in IFS where we would have set up this functionality. Does anyone know if this is native? When i check in the PO Line History, i can see my entries for setting discount to 0%, but there doesnt appear to be anything setting it back to 100% in the history, so it is happening in the background somewhere. Any ideas on how i can track this down? For reference, we are currently on IFS Cloud 25R1.3

Hi ,In cloud 25r1 does anyone know why the SHIP option does not come for inventory parts in RECEIPTS screen but appears for NO part lines? The option only shows in Detail screen 

All of the new part assistant “Part Types” include creating a purchase part. Not all of our inventory parts are purchased. Some are manufactured.Is there a way to use the new part assistant in Cloud to create the master part, inventory part and sales part without creating a purchase part?

I have been looking into the new Co-product feature in 25R1 and it seems ideal for our needs except for one major flaw.  Parent part must not be multi-level trackedFor this feature to be of any use to us we would require both the parent part and the co-product to be lot tracked. Even in the example given in the release presentation of two castings made in the same mold it makes no sense to only be able to lot track one of the castings. Can anyone explain the logic behind this? Surely if I am making two products that are equally valuable then I should be able to track them equally?  Will tracking of the parent part be available in future releases?   

I have a user that cannot populate the calendar on a Datetime field in Chrome. We tried in Edge and it works. I have a customer who occasionally experiences issues that are resolved with such a refresh, but this occurs very rarely. I have some IFS accounts without an IAM user in user details.I tried : → edit the user and set Enable Default IDP to FALSE → save→ edit the user again and set Default IDP back to TRUE → saveStill not appearing in the setup. Can anyone suggest any other way in regenerating IAM user data?

We are utilizing Shop Order split to create a new shop order to rework parts.  Does a prorated amount from the parent shop order move to the child shop order?  If not, does it make sense to receive the qty to be reworked from the Parent shop order and add the part to the BOM and issue the parts to the Child Shop order to bring in the cost?

I am attempting to upload a budget period using the external file assistant and a template that has been provided.  When clicking finish I get an error stating the load file “contains rows with state Unpack error” -  Error Received after clicking “Finish” Below is a screenshot of the file I am attempting to upload -    When I go and view the external file transaction for the failed load, I see that row 1 is the source of the unpack error.  Specifically, it states “Invalid value format or invalid Decimal Symbol in the Loaded File.” -  Screenshot showing row 1 with an Unpack error stating “Invalid value format or invalid Decimal Symbol in the Loaded File.” I am a bit confused why row 1 would be causing the error because there is an External File Template Control for this specific template that states Row 1 should be skipped if the first value it finds is “ACCOUNT” which is true for this excel file.  Below is a screenshot of that control and also the file template as a whole -  External F
