We’ve just doscovered that whenever there is a customization in a module, an error occures if you try to access it from “My Favorites”.
At least from ALLIANCE V15.4 SU13.
I’ve been able to reproduce it in the QAC environment, for Service Order
Any tips ?
Should I log a ticket ?

This is a known issue that is fixed in SU15. If you are not upgrading to SU15, please open a support ticket and be sure to reference ASTZ-610.
