The Court of Justice of the European Union has ruled that in order to ensure the effectiveness of the rights provided for in the Working Time Directive and the Charter, the Member States must require employers to set up an objective, reliable and accessible system enabling the duration of time worked each day by each worker to be measured.

How and when will IFS incorporate this directive into the application ?

Hi @Dasuni Samarakoon ,

It looks like this question may have ended up in the wrong functional area. I’d suggest instead raising it in the HCM section, https://community.ifs.com/hcm-human-capital-management-payroll-38, which should give some better input.

Kind regards,

Johan
